I fell onto my bed, snuggling into my pillow. I opened the curtains to get some sun in my room. It always felt like the inside of a freezer or something when they weren't. Then I fell back onto my warm, loving bed and sent Adam a quick message.
Can I come 2 the party? -S
Sorry for the earlier rejection. Wasn't sure could get a dress. -S
There was a pause as I watched Adam look at his phone (just saying, I'm not a creeper- his blinds were up and he was laying on his bed). I saw him sigh, then tap out a message.
*Sigh* Bc I'm so nice, sure. But u have 2 b good ;) -A
As I started to reply, my phone dinged again.
As in, change w/o closing the blinds. -A
Like, what the hell, Adam?! No. Way. I felt his amused gaze on me from his room. With a deep, calming breath, I replied.
OK. -S
I saw Adam's surprised face. I smirked, winked, and grabbed my dress.
Then I sauntered into the bathroom to change.
- - -
I came out, wearing a black, short-sleeve dress. It was a bit short, so I kept pulling it down.
I glanced at my phone.
WTH Stacy! U little turd! -A
I grinned at his self control. It was commendable. I'm sure he would get a reward for his wonderful, amazing control over his language.
U cheated! WTF! -A
I looked over to his room, and he looked mockingly pissed. I'm sure he was ready for a little strip tease. Well, I'm not a slut. Go get some bimbo to do that for you. I'm not for sale.
I even told him so.
Awww, was the wittle Adam wooking for a stwip tease? -S
I put on a pair of long, dangly earrings. It was dangerous, because if anyone at the party got too wasted, well, let's just say I would like my ears fully intact when I left that party, thank you very much.
Yes, and u cheated! I mite revoke party pass. -A
*sighs* Indian giver. -S
Am not! -A
I saw his indignant expression from here, as hard as he tried to hide it in his pillows. It was almost as if his pillows turned a deep red with his face. I tried so hard not to smirk.
That just made me sound guilty, didn't it? -A
Yes. -S
F*ck. -A
I put my phone down, grinning. I turned to go out the door, and to the party, which was starting, from the sounds of the cars arriving next door. Then, on second thought, I brought a purse, which contained the essentials: wasp spray (it's cheaper and easier to find than mace or pepper spray, but works just as well), my phone, and a large bar of chocolate. Okay, two bars. Quit pressuring me! It was actually five. I have issues, okay?!
Anyways, I took the bag, which wasn't very heavy or big, and headed off to the party. I think it was called a clutch. Afterwards, I thought it was a stupid idea. No one else had one.
But then again, some of the other girls got, well, laid.
