I am honestly not familiar with this song, but when I had the idea for this oneshot, I tried searching 'Find Me' and poof!
There's really a song with that title, and even though I just needed the lyrics, the whole song kind of fits this Sokeefe oneshot so, I'm killing two birds with one stone.

"Foster!" A 6-year old boy called, his hands holding onto a middle aged man and woman who will be his family starting today.
"Keefe, don't go." A 5-year old girl pleaded, holding onto the handkerchief he gave her when she first tripped and fell.
"Now, Sophie. You must be happy for your friend," Mr. Forkle said, the man who stands as their guardian in the Black Swan Orphanage.
The boy looked at his father, and seeing as the man understood what he wanted to say, he released his hand, letting him say one final goodbye.
"Foster," he said, holding out his pinky finger "I promise that when you leave this place, I'll come find you, and we'll be together again."
The girl responded by intertwining her pinky finger with his, her lips trying to curve into a smile to give him a good send-off.
"It's a promise, Keefe," she said, looking at the small back of the young boy.

Bzzt! Bzzt! Bzzt!
"So noisy," Sophie groaned, turning over to reach for her phone at her nightstand.
After 5 unsuccessful tries, she managed to stop the alarm from ringing, fully waking her up.
She sat up and yawned, clapping her hands for the blinds to roll up.
The morning sun greeted her as she tried taming her hair, atleast making it look more like a hair instead of a bird's nest.
"That dream again, huh," she whispered to herself as she found the willpower to stand up and go through the day.
Sophie Elizabeth Ruewen, 21, law student.
Her adopted parents, the Ruewens, are both well known veterinarians in the state.
They even have their own animal clinic in the heart of the city, and one has heard that surname atleast once in their life.
She, too, thought that she'd want to follow their footstepts in being veterinarians.
But, upon seeing the news of a man named Prentice wronfully sentenced to death, she knew to herself that she was born to be an ally of justice.
Using her incredible knowledge and photographic memory, she was able to easily save a slot at the top university in their state.
Not to mention, she's the class valedictorian for years now, and it's kind of expected for her to graduate at the top of their class with one of the highest GWA in history.
"Meow!" Her cat, Marty, brushed himself off on her legs, bringing her back to reality.
"Hey, Marty!" She greeted, picking him up as she embraced him. "I'm going to Univ now, so behave yourself, okay?"
"Meow!" He answered, as if he understands what his owner is saying.
Though he cannot understand her, it makes her less lonely seeing as she's alone in her apartment.
She locked the door behind her using the card pass for residents, slowly making her way to the elevator.
As soon as she pushed the ground floor button, she unlocked her phone, only to see her notifications totally full.
'Keefe Sencen, Van Gogh of the 21st
Century.'"Keefe's being recognized again," she muttered, smiling as she scroll down the articles pertaining to her childhood friend, Keefe.
Ever since she was adopted, she tried to look for him, only to no avail. The only thing she knows about his family is their family name, and it wasn't enough.
When she was a little older, she searched for the name 'Keefe Sencen', and though he had no searches, the 'Sencen' family had a lot.
She found out that the Sencens are actually the owner of a multimillionaire company known all around the world.
Since then, she's followed all news regarding the Sencens, much to his father's dismay- and no, she doesn't know why her father hates them.
When she was 17, she read the news about the Sencens crisis of not having an heir for the company.
She looked through the articles a couple of times until Keefe's name popped out.
Turns out he didn't want to succeed the company, and pursued something in the arts instead.
At first, he was treated like a disgrace to the family- well, he is a troublemaker, and some reports say he's a player, too- but now that he had built his own name, the news died on its own.
She's followed him through all type of social media, and she wasn't surprised when he didn't follow her back.
After all, she was using an account that one would think it will never be her, and he was too famous to follow back everyone, anyways.
The elevator doors opened, stopping her from what she was doing as she slid the phone into her pocket.
She stopped infront of the university's big gates, taking a deep breath in as her eyes automatically wandered to the law building.
"Well," she said, walking towards the entrance. "It's another normal morning,"
