The ghosts stood by the infinity portal, it's off purple glow the only nearby light.

"so..." grian said, his tail curled tight around his legs, "shall we?"

"I mean..." Scar said, floating slightly off the ground as it was either that or sink into the floor, "maybe?" 

Stress sighed, "its now or never,"

Bdubs nodded, "If we don't go today, we might not be able to meet the others.."

"everyone else wont be leaving for a few days, maybe we should wait?"

Grian shook his head, "We can't procrastinate" he said, before slowly placing his hand in the glow, and stepping forward into the lights.

Mumbo slid through the portal. it wasn't like going through a Nether or End portal,  more like walking through a waterfall, and not getting wet. The light chill of the forest was chill wind of the sea, and Mumbo sighed. Long seasons were nice, but there was no better feeling than the first breath in a new world. Xisuma always described it as, 'that new world smell.' and Mumbo was inclined to agree.

Speaking of The admin, he and Keralis were both draped over someone in a tight hug. He could hear iskall laughing, and Cub crying, but he had no idea why, until he was suddenly tackled from above the portal, with a very familiar voice calling him name.

"MUMBO!" Grian's familiar laugh descended from the sky, onto mumbo, both very confused and happy. and when the pair ended up in the sand and grass, Mumbo was laughing and near tears to the point where he could hardly speak. all while Etho, Xb and Beef watched in confusion.

Grian relaxed into his bed, his base was set up, he had some semblance of a plan, he was close to most of his friends, previously dead or otherwise, and he had a handle on the whole, illusion so you don't look monstrus to your friends. he deserved to relax. really relax. slowly, he drifted off.
