"So how do we do this?" Doc looked down, reading the spell book over Grian shoulder. Night was coming fast, which was perfect, seeing as they didn't really want people to know about any of the current nonsense they were knee deep in.

"Well." Grian said, "From this awful wording, i can guess we just need to be insync for a moment while making contact."

"Like, the boy band?"

Grian rolled his eyes before bursting out in a grin. "So im thinking we do this steven universe style."

"Huh?"

"We dance!"

"Uhhh are you sure?" Doc looked nervous.

"Yeah!" Grian typed something on his phone, as soft music began playing from the phone speaker. Grian took Docs hand "Just, have fun!"

The pair tried over and over. Dance after dance. Neither a basic square step or a waltz could let the two fuse. Doc groaned.

"Its not working!" Doc sat down in a huff. Grian placed a hand on doc shoulder.

"Well, maybe were just-"

"BUT WE ARE TRYING HARD ENOUGH!"

"Maybe were trying to hard." Grian said. "Lets just goof, ya know!"

Grian took docs hand, pulling him to his feet. Grian began to bounce, kicking one leg wordward, then the other. Doc mimicked him, and the pair bounced together before letting go and doing their own thing to make themselves laugh. Doc glanced over at what Grian was doing. He was throwing his arms around, shaking his hip and giggling. Doc laughed, kicking his legs and shaking his shoulders. Grian nearly slipped, falling into Doc, who took him by the waist, and Grian grabbed Doc by the shoulder, ending up in yet another dramatic dip.

The pair laughed, blushing and smiling. A warm glow was cast on the walls, and in Doc and Grains place, Warhero stood.

"Oh.....OH! IT WORKED! HAHA" Warhero smiled. They stretched their wings, and took off into the air.

He soared, passing through clouds at high speed. Slowly the amount of clouds increased, and climaxed at a sudden roll of thunder, starting the fusion.

"Oh..wow!" they looked around. "We went pretty far."

Do you think the storm will make it to the main island?

Maybe...

A bolt of lightning shot by dangerously close to them. Though, it didn't burn or hurt. A thin current ran up the fusions arm.

Woah

Woah

AGAIN! That feels so WEIRD.

The fusion laughed, before holding his hand to his face. The lightning crackled in his hand, casting a sharp glow on his face, scales shining the light. Warhero held their hand out, pointing the charge forward, as if using a channeling trident. Similarly to said trident, the charge leapt from his hand, running horizontal for a moment, before fizzling off.

"Woah..." they smiled. "We can..control electricity? How is that possible!"

Warhero gained height, before orienting downward, throwing themself through the clouds, laughing all the way. The ground rushed up to meet the fusion, so Warhero landed, sliding in the wet sand.

They took a deep breath, the rolling thunder and pouring rain filling the dark night. A little too dark, as the fusion quickly learned thanks to the large horde of zombies.

S***, do we have weapons?

Maybe-wait did you just?

"NOT THE TIME!" Warhero said. The Grian half reached for his Axe, while Doc went for his trident. Sadly, Warhero had neither, but did have something of his own to swing.

Warhero had not expected to have his own inventory, let alone have things in there. But low and behold he did, and it did have something in it, and there was much rejoicing.

WOO!

Is that a spear?

AGAIN

It was a spear, and a very nice one at that. A ribbon the same light blue that glowed on their arm wrapped its way around the handle, made of some dark wood. The head of the spear was made of some gold metal, and was shaped to look like a pair of dragon wings.

Warhero smiled, before Annihilating everything in their path.

--------------------------------

Warhero had existed without telling anyone about himself for three weeks, which both Doc and Grian counted as a win. Of course, the relationship could not be kept a between them thing for much long. Three weeks was a good time span.

CLeo stared slack jawed the sight of the pair. Doc and Grian press together. Her brain just completely blue screened. She had come in to see if Grian had any stone she could use, she had found an old ratty book, that apparently was important enough that Grian at least intended to put in in his ender chest, through it still poked out enough that Cleo could and did nab it, and now she was staring at a good night kiss from doc. Cleo had a lot of questions. Luckly, she could ask most of them.

"Uhhhhhh."

Grian and Doc froze, and quickly pulled apart, both a blushing mess.

"CLEO!" Grian said, slightly overly exited in an attempt to mask his panic. "Hehe, how long were you standing there.

"Not long..." Cleo blushed herself. "I'm kinda confused...are you guys?"

"Dating? Yeah." Doc rubbed the back of his neck.

"How long?"

"Three weeks?"

"Honestly" Cleo shrugged her shoulders. "im surprised you didn't get found out earlier, nice job!"

"Thank you!"

"Grian we are really bad at this."

"Yeah you guys are literally kissing in plain sight," Cleo rolled her eyes, before moving to leave "well, i better head home. Have fun." Doc and Grian blushed again.

"Wait!" Grian called after Cleo. "please dont..." cleo flew out a window. "tell anyone."

"So why did you steal a random old spell book from grian?" Joe asked, taking a long sip from his tea.

Cleo shrugged, "seemed like a good idea at the time."

"were playing with the spells in it?"

"Oh absolutely!"
