Chapter 17| Awarding Ceremony

After we all went to the cafeteria I went to back stage seeing Shoto, Bakugo and Tokoyami.....

"Sorry.... For slamming you guys to the wall like that....." I said as I entered

"It's fine Y/n..... You healed us anyway" Shoto said

"Yeah...... Recovery girl just made us rest back at the infermary" Tokoyami added

"Y/n.... Congrats on the win" uncle Aizawa said......

"Neh.... Uncle Shota..... Can I...... Have a moment with you?" I asked making the 3 boys look at me in shock

"Uncle?!" They exclaimed

"Sure" he said as he walked outside of the room..... Walking to the hallways

"So what did you want to talk about?" he asked

"During my fight with Todoroki...... While I was trapped in his ice.............. I saw something.... I don't know if it's a flashback or anything but.... I saw a picture of a family..... A child was sitting on a chair while her parents.... Stood behind her....." I stated

"Maybe that was ju—"

"That child looked exactly like me!, a four year old looking child! They're faces were blurry but I know that those couple weren't uncle Hiro or Aunt Ayuri..... Who are they?" I asked cutting him off his words...

"Y/n..... As much As I'd like to tell you....... Im not in the position to" he said as he faced me

"Then who's in the position?" I asked

"Your mother" he said

"How could I ask her when I don't freaking know her!?" I snapped

"We should go back.... The ceremony's about to start" he said as he left me there......

"Why are you guys keeping secrets from me?" I asked no one in particular........ Staring at the ground.......

Then walked over back at the room where Shoto and the others are.......

Author's POV

"Hello! Hello!" Present mic greeted once again from the top, A wide smile on his face while Aizawa calmly sat by his side

"And welcome back! Unfortunately it's the end of the sports festival—"

A loud groan erupted from the stadium and Hizashi immediately added,

"I know, I know, Im sad too. We got to see a very interesting display of skills from various students, so now pro heroes have a chance to pick their side kick! Anyways, the sun has set on our day in the sun so now, it's time for the awardings!!" The pro added

the crowd cheered and clapped upon hearing the announcement

"Now, our Dark, Shadowy Third Placer! He reached the Top with ease! Fumikage Tokoyami!"

The crowd cheered clapping there hands,  as hybrid male raised from the column

"And now for Second Place! Son of the number 2 hero! Shoto Todoroki! A prodigy Boy with Amazing skills! And rhe explosive boy with no Mercy! Katsuki Bakugo!" With that the crowd went loud as the two boys raised from thw column.....

"And lastly! The girl who beated these boys down the chain! Taking first place! The niece of our very own Shota Aizawa! Y/n L/n!, clap your hands everybody for our winners of this year's Sport's Featival!"

The crowd cheered widely clapping their hands as a columned rose up revealing you with a smile on your face...

"Our Top 3.... Well 4 companions will ne awarded by our favorite number 1 hero! All Might!"

The crowd went wild when the muscular hero jumped down from the top of the stage, his signature wide smile familiarly etched on his face doing a superhero hands-on-hips kind of pose

Taking the bronze medal from the case Midnight was holding and faced Tokoyami

"Congratulations, Young Tokoyami, your a strong one!" he told the male and placed the medal on his shoulders(?)
"You honor me to highly" The hybrid stated
"hone tour innate strength to open a world of opportunity, But relying on your quirk alone won't be enough to overcome a bad matchup" he advised pulling him into a hug

"Understood..." He answered llooking at the bronze medal

He then took the two silver medals and walked over Todoroki and Bakugo

"Young Todoroki, Young Bakugo, congratulations" He said placing the medals to around their necks(?)
"Young Todoroki, you let your guard down, and Im surprised that you used your left side so suddenly without thinking, was there a reason for it?" All might asked

(A: well duh he thought reader couldn't escape his ice, and duh his ice were useless against reader, charrrr)

"It was my matvh against Midoriya..... I yhink I've lost my way" He answered

"I know you've taken interest in him. And Im starting to see why" he addded

"I've always wanted to become a hero like you... But it's not like I can just forget and get over things." The bi-hair colored maid stated

"That's nit enough. There's still something I have to settle first" he said with a slightly sad look

"That's a new look Im seeing on your face. So say no more. Whatever you must settle, Im sure you can do it" All might stated giving him a hug

(A: let's skip his talk with Bakugo shall we? Idk how to change that part)

Taking the last medal he walked over to you....

"Now... Young L/n you've done an excellent job reaching the top! I must say You have great power, You did your best not to give much damage to your enemies with your quirk, Your skills really impressed me.... Become the amazing hero You'll want to be.... Keep up the good work....." He said placing the medal around your neck and pulled you to a hug and released Immediately......

The festival ended quickly..... You changed back into your main uniform and walked home......

You were all Given 2 days to rest so you took the time to freshen up from all the happenings and just binge watched some anime......

But even you distracted yourself that picture of a family with you in it kept on flashing in your mind.......

"Just..... Who are Those People?" You asked as you starred at thw ceiling.........
