Past curfew (part 2)

" I want every bit of detail about this kid, and if you think about lying to me then your punishment will be worse then it already is" Harry tells Aria.

"Mom please help me out here" she begged as she looked from her father to me.

"I can't help you out, you made a huge mistake, and now you have to deal with the consiquenses" I tell her

"This isnt right, why are you wanting to ruin everything for me?"

"You ruined it when you had sex with an adult." harry said

"I wanted to there is nothing wrong with consentual sex" she stated.

"I am not having the conversation with you. Now give me his name and address" Harry said

" No I will not" she said 

" I am not playing with you Aria."

I walked over and stood her up before grabbing her phone and used her finger to unlock it.

"Hey that is invasion of my privacy" she claimed

"Your a child, you don't have privacy" Harry said 

I clicked on her messging and seen the guys name. and his number so I knew when we reported this to the cops then they will be able to track him down.

"You can't do this to me it's not right."

"Aria, your best bet is to stop talking and go up to your room and go to sleep, or what your dad i wanting to do punishment wise will be childish to mine." I said 

she huffed and stood up stomping her foot.

"I will whoop your ass if you don't knock it off and if you think about reporting me for child abuse then I will make your life hell" I said 

I was done with her tantrums.

"Your suppose to be on my side" she cried

"I am on your side, but your tantrum is so childish its redicouluss. your a teenage and you need to start taking resposiblity for your actions. and stop saying this isnt fair when me and your dad done the same things. we arent' talking about our passed we are talking about you. and your fuck up. now go up to your room or so help I will tan your hid good."

"Actually no don't go to your room" Harry said and I looked at him like what the hell

Aria smiled and made a smartellic face at me. I about whooped her ass then and there but what Harry said next stopped me.

"Lets go on a trip, to the hospital" Harry said

 she looked at him wide eyes and shook her head no.

"Your my daughter and I will take you to the hospital and have them do a rape kit and if you cry to them saying it was consent I will tell them like I am tell you . Its satory rape when a adult man screws a minor."

With that said he walked over and grabbed his keys then slipped on his shoes and Aria started crying as she walked over to him and followed him out.

I sat on the couch and waited for them to come home.

"Now get up to your room get some clothes and take a shower, I don't want to hear anymore from you. am I understood?"

I looked over and seen a red tear stained Aria who was still crying as if her dog died or something horricic happened.

She nodded her head and headed up the stairs.

"We wil ltalk about your punishment tomorrow. have a good night... and even if you don't think I do... I love you" I tell her.

She ignores me and goes to do as Harry told her.

"What happened?"

"She tried to tel lthem that her having sex with the guy was consentual and they told her the same thing we told her. that even if she oked it or wanted it that since he is an adult and she is a minor its rape. which she didn't like and started crying as they did the rape kit, then reoprted it to the cops so we waitied till they showed up and went through all that and she kept crying that she wanted to do it that it wasn't rape. ANd they told her that it is too rape. After we got that taken care of the discharged her and we headed home. she hasn't stopped crying since the whole hospital ordel."

I sighed and rubbed my face.

"I say we take her phone away, her laptop, her tv, her friends, and every time she goes out one of us is with her. and sicne she thinks it's ok to have sex. then let her watch the twins."

He smiled and walked over to me.

"I think its a perfect punishment."

I smiled and pecked his lips before taking his hand in mine and headed upstairs after turning off the lights.

I went to check on our twins while Harry went to check on Nolan. After we made sure they was all three still asleep we turn in for the night and got a much needed sleep.
