Narrator POV

Last time on Love and War 2! Leon gave a small house tour to Skarlet who was out drunk the night before, typical. Upon Callie failing to make breakfast, Sheldon, Liz, and Ava attended the Cap'n of the Squidbeak Splatoon in his dire need of aid. The poor old squid is sick to be damned. Liz came up with a way to possibly help after a 6 year silence from any action. Three objectives are in place..

1. Get the Cap'n well

2. Who is the Mafia?

3. Mysterious black ink?

Narrator POV

One night ago...The night after Skarlet was saved by four mysterious beings...

Skarlet: Thanks for saving...Me?

She looked around her quickly to see no one was in sight. Except for the thugs now tied up. Sounds of sirens could be heard echoing down the alley way she was tricked into.

Skarlet: *Hic* B-Better get home before I get chained up~ ...Huh?

Below her boot was a card of some sort.

Skarlet: ?

She examined it and smiled slyly.

Skarlet: Dante? Hmm. Looks like the Squidbeak has some competition~ better tell Leon...

She then bolted for the other exit down the street...

---Meanwhile---

The four mysterious figures were technically still there...Just out of plain sight. Saving Skarlet and immediately leaving via their hookshots. Watching the police take in the dirty thugs, they vanished into the night sky. Quickly, the four split up and started jumping from roof to roof under the moonlight. Silhouettes of their bodies and the glow of their eyes was almost like a blur to the eyes below them. Not many inklings nor octolings noticed them hardly. They were night watchers anyway. The sounds of zips and zooms and the taps of their feet against the roof tops were brief and fast! This was the Mafia!

Up ahead was the roof top to Ammo Knights. It was quite large. Made for a nice advantage spot right? The moving figures made there way across more roofs until they met up on top of Ammo Knights. The first figure was an octoling. A male with black tentacles landed with a smooth flip. His head sported with studio headphones and a black scarf with a skull type pattern. His eyes were grey with a silver sparkle to them. A very edgy appeal if you ask me. His name was Dante.

Following up behind him was a female octoling. She landed next to him almost as smooth. Her hookshot had its cable loose. With a click of a button, the cable zipped back into the hookshot and she spun it around her waist until it was back on her belt.

Macie: Cod I love these things! Don't you sir?

Dante: ...

This Macie girl just smirked.

Macie: Eh, I forgot your not much of a talker...Ugh, where are those two clowns?!

Dante: ...?
