It was fine until I graduated from university back in South Korea and we lived a happy life in those months, but everything changed once we moved here in China. He got promoted to work in this branch of his company, and I gladly followed him here.

I was his wife and was willing to do everything I could to stay by his side, but nothing remained same here.

"Eun Sang give me dinner right now!"

I heard him yell from the living room and jumped on my feet. I hurried my hands to finish the work but damn my hands were shaking.

I didn't like it when he would raise his voice on me. I get scared easily because of it, and I hated it. I've noticed that shift in his behavior since we moved in here. He would try to stay dominant and snap all the time whenever I would made mistakes.

He wasn't the same person anymore.

"Eun Sang! Come here right now" he again yelled just when I finished preparing dinner, and I hurried outside.

I saw him holding Exo albums I had bought last week and frowned. Now what? Wait. Why was he glaring at me like that? "Kim Tan?" I stepped forward, but gasped in shock when his hand hit my cheek at once.

Did he just slap me? I tried to even out my breathing as my eyes glared down at the floor. I couldn't believe it was happening. I just wanted it to be a bad dream because hell he couldn't just raise his hand on me.

"What the hell?" I lifted my head to stare at him, and he scoffed.

"Don't you feel any shame? You're married and yet you're buying these albums and staring at other men? you whore!" he hissed and my mouth fell open in disbelief.

"Are you crazy? Minseok debuted in this band. He's my friend and of course I will-"

He grabbed my cheeks in his fingers painfully and tears slipped down my eyes. "You can't stare at other men. You're my wife and I don't like it. Ah I should have known about you before I married you" his eyes glared daggers at me as I tried to pry off his hands on me.

I should have known you were this psycho before I agreed to marry you Kim Tan, I wanted to say but stayed silent because my cheeks were hurting. He had never raised a hand on me but today he crossed every limit.

"Your father married you off soon. He must have known how much of whore you are!" he pushed me away. I panted and closed my eyes as I fell on the floor hard.

My mind was a mess right now. It was okay with insults and comments, but not now. I wasn't a punching bag. I would have to tell my mom dad about it and they have to rescue me from this hell hole. Yes, they would.

I gathered some courage, and stood up on my feet as I started taking steps back to the door before running out of the house. I could hear him yelling behind me, but didn't stop. I just couldn't stop.

'Your Eun Sang. I'm a bad ass and I promise I won't tolerate anything wrong'

I won't tolerate it. Lightning struck and clouds started pouring endlessly but I kept running. Even if my dad hated my existence he had never slapped me or anything. How could Kim Tan do that?
