Encounter

chapter 21

Forth's pov:

Beam came at around 9 o'clock and we headed for the mall. We went to the most expensive boutiques.

The suits were so beautiful. We bought a lot. I tried telling p'Mark to not buy so much but turns out he's even more stubborn than Beam. He even bought some casual clothes.

After going to like 7 different boutiques, we decided to take a break and get something to eat. It was already 1 o'clock. 

We went to a small restaurant in the mall. It was cozy and the food was good. 

"Where are we going to next?" Beam asked while we were eating.

"Next is the shoes. I know some great shops where we can get some good ones." P'Mark said.

At this point i had already given up on trying to get them to not spend too much money so i just nodded along with Beam.

We went to another 5 shoe shops and p'Mark even bought me some rolex watches when he found out i only own one.

All they bags barely fit in the trunk.

Beam decided to stay over tonight and said he would take me to Lam's place tomorrow.

I helped p'Mark make dinner while Beam sat on a stool near the counter.

By now i had learned how to make many dishes. P'Mark would always make sure to teach me each step carefully.

After dinner i went into my room and started drawing the sketch. I wanted to finish it tonight since I'm going to be busy from tomorrow onwards.

"Hey I'll take a shower first ok?" Beam said.

I nodded and went back to drawing.

I didn't have much to do since i had been drawing small bits every night before going to sleep.

By the time Beam came out, i had already finished it.

I carefully tore out the page.

" You finished it?" Beam got excited when he saw me tearing out the page.

I smiled and gave it to him.

He looked at it wide eyed. "It's so beautiful! I love it so much!" He yelled excitedly.

He was bouncing on the bed.

I couldn't help but chuckle at his childishness.

I'm glad you like it.

He smiled widely.

I'll go take a shower. Lam texted me to come over tomorrow morning at 9.

"Ok then we should sleep early." He said.

I nodded and got off the bed and headed for the bathroom after taking some clothes.

He was scrolling on his phone when i came out.

He looked up and smiled when he noticed me.

He kept his phone and patted the space next to him.

I walked to the bed and slipped in.

He pulled me closer to him and i buried my face in his neck.

"Goodnight." He said softly.

I hummed in response.

I fell asleep not too long after.

The next morning Beam drove me to Lam's workplace.

It was a beautiful studio.
