Beam's pov:

I laid on my bed staring at the ceiling.

"Why the hell did i say no? Now he must be over thinking everything...." I muttered under my breath.

I know I'm being a brat.

He has been spoiling me in any way he can for the last few days in Malaysia. I know he's trying to make up for not doing anything before this.

But i just wish he would say those words.

I mean i can kind of tell from the way he acts but....

"Aaarrghh!!" I yelled frustrated.

Same sex relationships are not accepted by everyone. So there will be people who will try to break us apart. And i can't fight all of them alone.

I act confident all the time but i also get insecure sometimes.

Is this all just one sided? Will he just leave when he's successful enough?

I sighed deeply.

I don't know how much time passed. I just laid there staring at the ceiling blankly.

There was a knock on the door.

I looked at the time.

12:45 pm.

Is it Forth?

I got up and went to open it.

Forth was standing there with a bag when i opened it.

He smiled brightly when he saw me.

I blinked.

I made lunch. You hungry?

I stared at the text.

He tilted his head and waited for my answer.

"Uh yeah. Come in." I opened the door wider and let him in.

Where are the plates?

He turned to me.

I showed him where the plates and cutlery were.

Ok. Go sit. I'll bring the food.

He pushed me towards the small table near my bed.

I went and sat down obediently.

I stared at him while he put the food on plates.

He seemed more cheerful than i thought.

I was afraid he would be crying after i refused like that. But here he is smiling.

He brought the plates to the table.

I looked at the food.

The main food was a steak. Medium rare.

Then there were a few side dishes as well.

They were all my favourites.

I blinked.

"You made this?" I asked.

He nodded.

P'Mark taught me.

I nodded.

Try it. Let me know if there's something missing.

I took the fork and knife and ate a piece.

I immediately perked up.

He was looking at me expectantly.

"It's really good." I said happily.
