Eren tensed, recognizing the tall brute that towered over him. Levi glared at his ally, only receiving a nonchalant look in return.

"That was one big pile up from such a little fall." Erwin hinted towards Levi, throwing a bit of sass into his hidden insult. Perhaps someone did see the raven start the massive topple.

Eren noticed the two challenging each other's presence and tried to ease the mood by suggesting, "Hey, Levi, let's go sit down. The drawing will be in like ten minutes." He brushed off Erwin's hand and pulled on Levi's sleeve gently, trying to guide him away from the situation. "We can try different filters on my camera."

Levi glanced back towards Sasha and her friend. They were staring towards them, waiting for Eren to return.

With a swift motion, Levi snaked an arm around Eren's waist and monotoned, "Actually, why don't we go to the claw machines?"

Eren's face turned a bright red that was noticeable even in the dim, colored lights. The corners of Levi's mouth tugged, seeing his crush's reaction. Erwin raised a brow and stepped aside to not cause trouble. As the two walked off, Levi still attached to Eren's side, the raven looked back slightly. To his amusement, Sasha held a defeated look.

With Levi comfortably holding his crush, everyone seemed to gain some sort of respect for them. It was mostly shock factor. They moved out of the way as they gawked at the two.

Levi was known for being a little off his rocker. Even jean was ify when messing with the shorter male. Eren's reputation was the complete opposite. He was the kind friend to all who loved helping his colleagues. Both of them together was like black and white.

"Uh, Levi?" Eren whined. "People are staring."

"But they're moving out of the way, aren't they?" Levi retorted.

Once they finally reached the machine, Levi pulled out a few coins and gave Eren a few shots at a Titian plush that sat at the top of the stack. Like nature, someone had to interrupt this moment too.

"H-Hey, Levi!" A strawberry blonde girl greeted shyly. "It's great to see you here!"

"Hi, Petra." Levi acknowledged hesitantly, rolling his eyes as his crush dropped the plush.

Levi introduced the two once Eren failed his last attempt. The raven pulled out another quarter and won the toy the first try. Eren gaped and playfully pouted, "Cheater! You're such a cheater!"

Petra's friends had left their table to skate, so she invited the two to sit and talk. Eren agreed before Levi could protest. They talked for a while about life and gossip. Well, Eren and Petra did mostly. When the topic of Jean popped up, Levi decided to finally jump in, knowing Petra would've made it seem like a horrible event.

"Hey, that's a touchy subject right now. So, Petra-" She sat up straight enthusiastically. "-are you ever going to the Fox Hole again?"

Eren furrowed his brow, hearing the term "Fox Hole" for the first time. Petra's face ran pale at the mention of the place and shifted uncomfortably in her seat.

"U-Uh, no." She said softly. "Levi, that place is-"

Suddenly, the music cut out, and a loud voice boomed over the speaker, "Alright, everyone! It's time for the drawing!"

The Fox Hole wasn't mentioned again throughout the drawing. In fact, Levi and Petra didn't speak again for the rest of the day. It seemed as if everyone wanted to avoid the two. Levi drove Eren home around four-thirty, so he was able to make it to his appointment.

The Fox Hole was an abandoned speakeasy hidden in the rubble of an old building that had collapsed years ago. Usually, it was for criminals, but teens sometimes snuck in to grab a few bottles of alcohol. Levi was well-known there because it was his uncle that ran the hotspot.

Levi had parked in a secluded area and jumped the fence into the wreckage. Once he approached the trapdoor, he knocked twice. A familiar voiced echoed from the other side, "What's the password?"

"Shitty Glasses, open the door now." Levi barked. The brunette opened the door and popped up.

"Levi, you don't need to be rude." She whined, lending him a hand to jump in.

The Fox Hole was decorated to look like a night club and bar. There were a few tables and chairs, a pool table, and a wide selection of poisons. For exclusive members, there was a section in the back that was known as the Red Room.

Levi's uncle, Kenny Ackerman, was seated at a table with a group of guys. They were all boozing and playing cards like a stereotypical gangster group would do. Levi darted past his perky "friend" and interrupted the game.

"I want to book the Red Room."

The men at the table glanced at each other nervously as Kenny wondered, "What business do you have in there?"

Levi ticked his tongue, "Do you honestly want to know?"

Kenny, his eyebrows raised, shrugged and pulled out his phone. Scrolling through his calendar, he offered, "About a week from now, it's free. Just clean it when you're done."

"Perfect."

Levi spun on his heel and took a seat on a barstool. Hange poured him a glass of whiskey, watching him scribble down on paper a list of names.

"That's a long list for one day." Hange pointed out, earning a scowl from the raven.

She was right though. It had only been one day, and he now had six people to either set an example out of or just kill. But there was one that he needed to get rid of first. The snitch—Petra Ral. She nearly ratted out the Fox Hole to Eren, so it'd be best if she disappeared first.

"Petra Ral," Levi asked in more of an order.

Hange's glasses gleamed as she giddily informed, "She's a nice girl with loving parents that have dinner every Friday night. Not a social media personality and barely spends time on her phone. No siblings or overprotective family."

"Any pets or security cameras?"

Hange hesitated before shaking her head. Her gazed drifted as she warned, "Are you sure you wanna go through with it? I mean, a few lousy drug addicts are a few lousy drug addicts, but she's an innocent girl. You'll bring in a lot of heat to the speakeasy."

"Says the one selling our beer to the novices." Levi rolled his eyes and took a swig of his drink. "You underestimate me, Shitty Glasses."

"Oh?" Hange said in a smug, low tone.

"This is for what I love," Levi assured himself. "I'm willing to make the sacrifice of blood."

He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small photo he and Eren had taken at the roller rink. Looking at his crush, he knew it was set in stone. Petra was going to die tomorrow night.
