Eris and her ninja

Chapter 17

So we burst out of the vent but my feet hurt from being in high heels.

"Ow!" Was what I said after trying to make an entrance.

"I should've changed my outfit before coming here".

"Yeah I was gonna tell you that but then I realized I'd have to wait even longer for you to choose an outfit since girls take forever".

Both of us then realized that the bad guys were looking at us confused. Well Mcfist and Viceroy did but Circe looked both shocked and furious.

"Ninja!"

"Mcfist".

"Eris!"

"Circe".

Mcfist ran towards his desk and hit a button that said alarm. Right after that a bunch of robots that seemed like gorillas but instead of hair they had metal. They surrounded us, blocking our way to the bad guys.

"Great", I muttered.

"You ready partner?", Ninja asked when our backs were against each other.

"Yep", I answered.

Ninja started leaping towards the first robot and stabbed it in the belly. He then charged to another robot and sliced it in half. I was blasting robots to bits with my powers. I then punched a robot's head out of its body. Ninja and I were fight robots together like we were a duo. As I was fighting I noticed that a robot was about to hit no Ninja from behind.

"Ninja! Look out!"

Ninja quickly ducked down when I blasted the robot to smithereens.

Ninja then threw his ninja rings at the robot who I didn't know was behind me. He gave me a thumbs up.

We were fighting robot after robot and when it came to the last robot standing ninja turned his suit fiery red with black lines and I created a ball of gold energy. We both shot it at the robot and there was a big explosion.

"Did you see that?!" I exclaimed after we did that.

"That was so honking Bruce!" Ninja fist pumped.

"And now it the bad guys turn..." I smirked when I noticed them standing there.

As we came closer Mcfist and Viceroy got out hand guns. Ninja stopped dead on his tracks and I did the same(not because I was scared because I knew that I can't be killed by mortals but I just didn't want them to shoot ninja).

"Stay back!" Mcfist warned.

"Listen Eris",Circe chuckled,"I have plans for this world and I need you and your boyfriend out of the picture so I can become it's new goddess".

"The other gods of Olympus will never allow that! And neither will we", I was ready to fire a blast.

"The gods of Olympus are no more! They died a thousands of years ago".

What? This can't be the truth.

"No...you liar..."

"Well we are getting completely off track here so Ninja rings!" Ninja threw ring shaped weapons at Mcfist and Viceroy and they dropped their guns.

I fired a golden blast at Circe who crashed out of the building.

"Ninja!" I called out and he already knew what to do as he ran to the broken window where Circe crashed out.

I blasted the two idiots into a wall and then Mcfist looked at me furious.

"Listen here freak! We will destroy you and the ninja! Mark my words!"

"And what exactly will you get out of that? You are just Circe's little boy toys. She's just going to kill you once she has no more use for you two".

"That's where you're wrong girly, that lady's gonna give me a superpower if I help here destroy you two!"

"Sir! You're not supposed to tell her that!"

Oh gods...I face palmed myself. "How do u know she's not lying to you? She can't be trusted!"

"You're one to talk...you're literally nothing but trouble! Why are you even helping the ninja? You stand for the exact opposite as he does!" Viceroy argued.

"Ever heard of opposites attract?"

"Hey, looks like we got all the bad guys!" Ninja came with Circe tied up in his long red scarf. He threw her to Mcfist and Viceroy.

" Alright you three, time to end this once and for all".

"Soon Ninja and Eris, I will return and turn this world in my image, mark my words!" After that she disappeared in a cloud of green smoke.

"Come on, let's get out of here", Ninja pulled me close as he was about to–

"Smoke Bomb!"

Yeah that's what I was gonna say as we left Mcfist and Viceroy in the office.
