Since Mattsun had scared you the day before, you decided you'd get back at him by hiding behind a desk and jumping out at him when he came through the door. Before long you heard footsteps come down the hallway, recognizing that step pattern anywhere. When the door slid open you jumped out, startling the taller boy and making him flinch into a stereotypical kung fu movie pose in response as he shrieked. The sight made you topple over in laughter, tears running down your face from how lame his response was.

"You laugh--but see how I rendered my enemy useless on the floor, paralyzed with laughter? I could end you right now" he laughed as he attempted to save his dignity, face still red from embarrassment as he nudged you with his foot, still rolling around with laughter on the floor. His movement backfired as you grabbed his leg and pulled him down onto the floor with you, both of you a mess of giggles. "That was a dirty attack!"

"No, this is!" you shouted as you jumped on him, pinning down his arms as you straddled his waist, making him go silent as he blushed widely looking up at you. You smirked as you slowly leaned down to one of his ears as you spoke.

"But see how I rendered my enemy useless on the floor, paralyzed with arousal?" you purred, hearing him gulp beneath you as he shifted around. Snickering to yourself, you rolled off onto the floor next to him.

"Man, you could've ended me there (y/n)..." he let out a shaky laugh as he turned his head to look at you, cheeks still bright pink from your actions.

"And you should thank me every day that I didn't" you said as you looked back at him, winking. You both laid there for a few moments just looking at each other and grinning like a bunch of idiots before the silence was broken by an unforeseen force.

"So like, do I write whatever the fuck that just was in that report you want me to do or no?" Makki asked, shoving chips in his mouth as he watched you two from his seat.

"Since when were you here?" you both yelled, shooting up from your position on the floor.

"I came a few minutes ago but you guys seemed like you were in the middle of something so I just let you be."

"For fucks sake, we're going to have to put a bell around your neck so we know where the hell you're at." Matsukawa spoke.

You both got up off the floor, getting into your usual group as you assisted Mattsun with his English language homework. "This is easier than I thought it'd be, it looked like hieroglyphics when I saw your page yesterday" he laughed. You didn't have the heart to tell him he was looking at your doodle page yesterday and not the homework, poor boy really would've failed this class without you.

The class began and you were broken up into pairs, every other person in each column getting paired with the person behind them. Lucky for Makki and Mattsun since they got to work together, but you were partnered with a quiet guy in front of you. He turned his desk and pushed it up against yours like everybody else had with their partners, giving you a polite smile and bow. You both introduced yourselves and got right into working, making quick progress with your assignment. You didn't speak much to each other at first aside from a few questions and discussions on short answer questions. After a while of silence you cracked a joke about one of the diagrams, and much to your surprised he laughed heartily at it. As you both started to talk more and more, you felt like someone was watching you but you just brushed it off.

"Geez, make it a little less obvious that you'd rather be with my love rival, will you?" Makki pouted, chuckling at how blatant Matsukawa was watching you two. "Eh? I don't know what you're talking about" he said as he got back to his work, taking peaks at you two every time he heard you laugh.

As per usual you went to go help out the volleyball team's light practice during lunch. The team really appreciated you helping Kyotani out as it eased the burden on them with how rocky their relationships are with each other. You honestly enjoyed the time you spent with the other, he was even starting to talk more. You found out the dogs on his Instagram were actually from a shelter he volunteers at, which also explained some unexplained marks on his body you noticed when he practiced. You were surprised he volunteered at first until you saw how animated and excited he got talking about the dogs there. He was a true dog person through and through, it was truly endearing to see such a tough guy be so soft for something.
