"Ok, so let me get this straight. Walter Roosevelt is not who he says he is, Rachel Allison is dead, and I feel like I'm losing my mind right now." Elijah summarized. "Where are we going with this?" Zaid asked. "This sounds ridiculous! Someone must be playing a prank on us." "No, this death certificate is official." Ethan replied, taking a close look at it. "I thought you said that there wasn't a Walter Roosevelt working at Edenbrook!" I exclaimed. "This ID says otherwise!" "I thought Walter Roosevelt was Schizophrenic or he had a multiple personality disorder, but it turns out he was pretending to be someone else after all!" Bryce exclaimed. "Hmm... I do recognize this old man, but I've never really known his name. He tends to keep to himself mostly." Ethan told me. "Ok, I think I can figure this out now..." I said. "Gimme space to breathe as I realize what is happening here. Rachel said that this so called Walter was manipulative and deceitful when she was still alive so that she would prevent him from finding out that she was deathly sick. Supply Closet- Walter was her emergency contact, so he found out anyways. The real Walter Roosevelt screwed up on the diagnosis of how serious Rachel's aneurysm was and she ended up dying because of it. This got our mystery guy angry, so he stole the real Walter's ID to seek revenge. It explains why he hates hospitals and why he thought that hospitals prevented him from seeing her. He recently took Landry's application to take a job at Mass Kenmore, so he can intentionally kill patients like he had thought the real doctor killed Rachel. When Rachel called him manipulative and deceitful, he decided to work with that persona, so that he forgets who he really is. All of this explains why he gets so angry when I bring her up and why he nearly choked when I told him I saw her. He's so stuck in the past that he sometimes forgets what's happening to him in the present which would explain why he forgets the reason that he comes up to Lisa the receptionist during work."

"So, do we have any real identification on this man or are we going to keep referencing two different Walters?" Ethan asked. "Luckily, we do have a name!" I exclaimed. "It's Alex Taylor." "Maybe you should have been a detective after all." Ethan smiled at me. "I'll let you know if I start deciding on a career change." I replied, smiling back. "Maybe it would be the solution to our work/romance problems." "About that..." Zaid started. "Uh, oh... Am I gonna get chewed out... I feel like I'm gonna get chewed out." I said. "I don't see any problem in my book." Zaid replied, actually smiling. "What I learned is that you two are stronger together than you are apart. So, what you do with your lives is your problem." "Is he saying what I think he's saying?" I asked. "Bryce pinch me, I think I'm dreaming." Bryce pinched me and then pinched himself, "Nope, we're not dreaming. I think he actually gave you the ok to date each other."

"Group hug, Doctors of Justice!" I exclaimed. "We finally solved this mystery!" "The only thing we have to do is get that creep out of our supply closet!" Sienna exclaimed as we took any remaining evidence we could find. "Hey, what are you doing in there?!" A nurse called us out. "Uh, oh. This is our cue to run." Elijah said as we hurried out of the office and ran out of the hospital. We all laughed as we survived our getaway. "Well, this adventure was crazy. Thanks for coming with me, guys!" I told them. "You know I'm always looking forward to saving the day." Rafael replied. "That was... Actually, pretty satisfying." Ethan added. "Is it better than you imagined?" I asked him. "A thousand times better if I'm solving crimes with you." Ethan smiled. "I say once this is all over, we've got a cause for celebration." I told everybody. "Party at our place, this time it's someone else's turn to bring in the kegs." "You got it." Rafael said. "We can't risk you dislocating your shoulder."

"After all that has happened with this investigation, I have completely forgotten." I told him, touching my shoulder as if I didn't know it had been shot in the first place. "This is a reminder to me that I should never go on a date with strangers." "You won't have to worry about that now that you are officially mine." Ethan smiled, kissing every inch of my face. "I'm not planning on shooting you on our next date." "Which may or may not include spaghetti and meatballs, rose petals, and mood music." Elijah told me. "When did you have time to plan all of that, Elijah?" I asked him. "Heh, hem... That does not matter." Ethan interrupted, trying to prevent an embarrassing scene. "Actually, it was when Dr. Ramsey was pouring out his heart to Dr. Banerji." Elijah explained, happily ignoring Ethan's need to change the subject. "Did you know that hearts are used for more than being operated on?" "No! Really?!" I joked. "I had no idea!"
