Chapter 15. The Problem

Chapter 15.

"Try touching me and Arian will be here in instant." Gulf said warning Mew to not do whatever is on his mind.

"But you said that when Arian is not here anymore, I can do whatever I want." Mew said still trying to touch Gulf but his boyfriend keeps on moving away.

"When did I say that?" Gulf asked and walked back towards the couch and grabbed his book.

"You just said it a while ago." Mew retorted and followed Gulf on the couch.

"What I said is, wait for another week and you can do whatever you want. The day isn't even passing and you're complaining already." Gulf said and focused on reading, completely ignoring Mew.

Mew can't do anything but scratch his head and go back to what he is doing. He just made himself contented on glancing at Gulf even if Gulf isn't giving him attention.

Looks like he will deal with his surly boyfriend for a long time. But even how short tempered his boyfriend is, he will do anything to make Gulf go soft on him.

After a few hours, they just had their dinner that Gulf cooked and now Mew is washing the dishes while wishing that Gulf would hug him from behind or even just talk to him about anything.

But even he wash so slow, Gulf is still ignoring him and not even giving him a single glance. Gulf seems to be completely engrossed from reading and will not gonna notice his presence unless he flip the sink.

After he washed the dishes, he started walking towards Gulf's room but he stopped when Gulf called him.

"Hey, wait." Gulf said and stood up. He walked towards the living room and Mew followed him.

"Pack your things and go home." Gulf said and sat down on the couch. He squeezed his body on the couch and read comfortably, ignoring Mew again.

What the hell? Can't you be more sweeter than this?

"But I want to sleep here." Mew said and slammed his body on the couch.

"Is this yours?" Gulf asked without looking at Mew.

"No.." Mew answered with sadness slowly hitting him. He really wants to be with Gulf all night and cuddle with him every minute.

"Then you can't sleep here without my permission." Gulf added still eyeing the book.

"But I am your boyfriend." Mew said in a low voice while pouting in real sadness.

"Are you mumbling something?" Gulf asked after he looked at Mew. Mew just shook his head and slowly arranged his things hoping Gulf would take back what he said.

But even he is now on his way to the door while walking so slow, Gulf is still not talking to him or even just wave a goodbye or give a simple kiss.

Mew walked back at Gulf and asked Gulf politely.

"Can I have a hug from you, my boyfriend?" Mew asked and spread his arms wide inviting Gulf for a hug.

But seconds had past and Gulf is just looking at him without any words. Mew dropped his arms down and smiled but is not looking happy. He sighed and turned around to walk out.

Mew completely walked out of the room and sadly walked to the elevator. He felt sad as he thought that when Arian is finally out of their way, Gulf will be sweet to him but he thought wrong. He is still like the Gulf that is always making his niece as an excuse just to escape from him when he is going sweet to him.

Two weeks had passed but Gulf is still not giving Mew the sweetness that Mew is yearning to have. Mew didn't give up on coaxing his boyfriend but Gulf seems to not notice that Mew is already having a hard time just to have his attention.
