Chapter 19. Missing You

Chapter 19

It is already the third day after Gulf went to his province. Mew is not in a good shape because Gulf didn't give him his demand for Gulf to pamper him before leaving. Gulf didn't even let Mew know that he left already and didn't leave any message for him.

He tried many times to call Gulf but he can't contact him, Gulf is still not sending even a single text. In short, there's no communication between them for the whole two days and he is still expecting to recieve even just a simple empty text message from him.

Mew tried to ignore his sadness and hang out with his friends but he can't just stop thinking about Gulf. He didn't go to his unit and always on Gulf's to console himself from his longing for his boyfriend. He is not used to be away from his boyfriend, he prefers being with Gulf even he is hot headed rather than being away from him.

"Why don't you go there so that stupid face of yours will not be here anymore? Cheer up man!" Vaian retorted to Mew who is lazily leaning his chin to his hand and trying to understand the long equation in his book.

"I don't know where is that place." Mew answered in a low voice and sighed deeply. He is thankful that Vaian understood how he feel and fully accepted his relationship with Gulf. But he is still not ready to tell Hanu about it because of what Hanu said before. He don't want to hide but he can't just say it.

"Then ask him." Vaian said again trying to cheer Mew, he never liked a gloomy ambiance and Hanu is still not in the university so he can't do anything but to deal with his moping friend.

"I can't contact him and he is still not sending me any messages." Mew answered sounding so sad, he doesn't want to look sad in front of his friend but Gulf is making him like this.

"Isn't there someone you can ask about it? His friends or someone who knows him?"

Vaian tried harder to think for the solution, he really want Mew to cheer up before Hanu come and speculate about Mew being with Gulf.

"Right! Arian!" Mew excitedly utttered but Hanu came already so they didn't talk about it again. Vaian already knew who is Arian because Mew told him about her and how she ruined some of his moment with Gulf.

"You okay man?" Vaian asked Hanu. Chuckling from his friend's sour face. Hanu didn't looked at his friends instead he just dragged out his book and slapped it hard on the study table.

Ohh.. Chill!

"Ahaha.." Vaian awkwardly laughed flat and looked at Mew for help. Mew quickly think for a joke that's making Hanu cool down a bit sometimes.

"What happened? Frogs on the street?" Mew playfully said to lift up the mood but Hanu just glared at him.

"Fags on the street! Fags! Fucking faggots!" Hanu blurted out. His eyes are showing so much disgust probably because of what he saw on the street.

Mew hitch his breath and he felt Vaian's hand gently landed on his knee, they looked shocked and pained but Hanu didn't notice it as he is ranging in so much anger. 

Mew suddenly felt a pang on his chest right after he heard Hanu's words. The pain he felt from the very first time he heard these kind of words from his friend came back and it lingered through his body and heart. He is leveling his friends as his family that's why he is feeling so down thinking that Hanu will not going to accept the truth that he is dating a man.

"They're flirting as if it looks so good to see, it is so disgusting! Thanks God they are not my friends!" Hanu still blurting his anger, unaware that he is hurting his friend real hard.

Vaian awkwardly looked at Hanu and looked at Mew with so much pity, he is not on Mew's shoes but he can feel the pain just by looking at his friend's eyes. Mew's face is just flat but his ayes are clearly showing his pain.

"I don't know what I can do if I have a friend like that." Hanu gave his ending speech and made a disgusted face, showing that something really dirty just flashed on his mind.

Mew looked down as his chest tightened, he is asking why his friend is always adding to his sadness. He can't look up as he don't want to make Hanu notice how he feel at the moment. He doesn't want to disappoint his friend and he doesn't know what to do if Hanu finds out about Gulf.

The two can't collect a word to say as their mood dropped from their friend's homophobic statement. They just sat there is silence untill their class finally started.

Mew went to Gulf's condo all feeling down and just wanted to hug Gulf tight to console himself from so much sadness he is feeling.

I really miss you Bii..

Mew thought as he dropped his weak body on the bed, he is laying on his stomach and can't help but imagine that Gulf is hugging him. But that imagination only added so much sadness to him. He really wanna see Gulf.

Mew tried to cheer up and forced his body to sit and logged in his facebook account.

Arian

Mew typed on the search bar in his facebook account.

Now what's the last name?

He doesn't have Arian's number so he had to message her through online and ask her if she knows where Gulf is. He will really go there just to see him. But the problem is, he doesn't know her full name, searching someone with name only known will take a lot of time.

Mew accidentally tapped the screen and it went back to his freshened news feed. The newest post appeared and the very first post is a photo of a smiling Gulf while directly looking on the other guy who is comfortably hanging his hand on Gulf's shoulder. The other guy looks undeniably handsome while obviously looking at Gulf too.

Mew unconsciously gripped his phone, he suddenly felt hot and his blood seemed boiling. His weak body awhile ago suddenly felt strangely active and slightly trembled from his growing anger.

His mood quickly changed from being so sad to a boiling hot because of a sudden anger he felt. The post is tagged on Gulf's account by a guy named Sky Valdez. He kept looking at the photo and only resulted to add more fuel to his anger.

Is he the reason why Gulf is not sending me any message? Is he that busy with this guy to the point that he don't remember me?

All the sadness he felt for three days wiped away by a single photo. His face crumpled in anger and his veins seemed like popping out. He almost throw the phone but he heard the front door opened and closed.

He quickly stood up and walked out of the bedroom while his heart is beating so fast from the anger he is feeling. He knows he needed to cool down first but he can't take control.

He greeted his teeth right after he saw Gulf tiredly walking towards him.

"Is it so tiring hanging out with that guy?!"
