Chapter 13. The Real Nuisance

Chapter 13.

"Fuck! It's Arian!"

Gulf exclaimed after he realized that they left his niece alone outside the building.

"P'Gulf! Why did you lock the door?!" Arian shouted when she can't open the door.

"Shit!"
"The hell!"

The two immediately parted and walked back and forth in panic not knowing what to do.

"I-I'll open the door." Gulf said but he still walking around the kitchen.

Mew quickly walked inside the comfort room without any reason. He can't clearly think because of panic he suddenly felt.

"P'Gulf!" Arian slammed the door when no one is opening it.

Gulf grabbed the apron and quickly wear it to hide his boner that is now throbbing in pain. He tried to breath slowly to calm himself and walked towards the door after he felt his senses calmed a bit.

"P'Gulf! I need my books! I'm already late from my class!" Arian shouted and slammed the door louder.

Gulf opened the door and acted like nothing sensual happened inside his unit.

"Don't break the door." Gulf said with long face and opened the door wide to let Arian enter.

"What are you doing? And why did you lock the door? What took you so long to open it? And where's that man who pulled you up here?" Arian asked consecutively in just one breath. She walked after Gulf who's now going back to the kitchen to continue acting his excuse.

"I'm cooking. I accidentally locked the door. I'm chopping vegetables. And he's in the toilet room." Gulf said straight without looking back.

He knows his niece is smart and would definitely ask anything that she observed off that's why he need to be careful from his reasons.

"Why in the toilet room?" Arian asked again still following Gulf.

"He's having a stomach ache and he needed to poop immediately." I'm sorry Mew.

Mew heard what Gulf reasoned and he chuckled inside the comfort room. He is now calm and he already washed his face to remove the trace of  their recent activity.

"And you're chopping invisible vegetables right?" Arian asked Gulf laughing and went straight to the ref and grabbed her favorite bottled juice.

Mew almost laughed out loud from the comfort room because of Gulf's epic reason. He's so cute.

Gulf stiffed and tried to reason out but he can't find any other words to say.

"I-I.. Ah.. I'm.." Gulf rubbed his head as if it's itchy even if it's not.

"Yeah, I understand. I actually know how to slice invisible veggies too. You want my help Phi?" Arian said sarcastically and laughed after.

She drinks her juice as she walk towards the couch and dropped her body to lay down.

Inside the comfort room, Mew is smiling while thinking about what just happened. A few hours later he is crying because of pain but now he is smiling because of sudden happiness.

The pain of jealousy is worth it as it returns so much happiness. He can't believe that their feelings are mutual though they're not talking clearly about it yet. But he feels that Gulf feels the same way as him.

"Are you not going to school?!" Gulf asked shouting. He wears off the apron as he is walking towards the comfort room to check on Mew. He opened the door and saw Mew leaning on the sink while smiling.
