Since the start of their sharing lunch, unknown to each other, Dolly and Mona are fantasizing and dreaming about each other. Starting with Mona patting Dolly's spilled milk away. But the dreams take a different turn for both, which when waking confuses them. At the same time, they can feel such wetness between their legs.
From those dreams, Dolly will dissolve into fantasizing, taking it a step further each night as she falls to sleep. When there is nothing to do at work from time to time, looking down the hall to Mona's office and imagining Dolly moves the fantasy forward more and more.
At the same time, from a different standpoint, Mona is dreaming about Dolly. She is amazed at how much Dolly is filling her head. When it reaches a point while she is working, Mona has to reprimand herself, knowing there is no way she can have any sort of a relationship with a subordinate.
Dolly is not sure what is happening. She is so attracted to Mona but in a strange way. Dolly contemplates if perhaps she is gay and has lesbian feelings for Mona. There is that, which surprises Dolly when she admits it to herself, but there is this other level Dolly desires.
Mona, as she gets to know Dolly more and more, with their lunches and short chats, realizes she is so attracted to this lovely young thing. Mona feels herself getting wet every time they speak, and even when she glances down the hall and sees Dolly bent in work. She so wants her, but in a different way also.
