She could tell Dolly she will not get that for four months to pay Mona back, or better, Mona will tell Dolly the amount and have her decide how much Dolly will pay it back each month and how long she will take. But first, to deal with the punishment for allowing this debt to rise. Mona understands that Dolly is submitting herself to be disciplined because she knows herself she deserves to be.
