DM68: A truly happy ending

It is now approaching Mona and Dolly's fifth anniversary and almost seven years since this began.

Glenn, now in his seventies, decides to retire. He wants to appoint Mona as his successor, not just out of personal feelings, but because she has shown so much growth and leadership. In a private conversation about it, Mona tells him that he should choose another, and recommended one.

Mona explains that over the years, her spankings have helped her be more focused and understanding the balance needed between work and home. Mona would not want to do anything to upset the ideal life she and Dolly now have with the added responsibilities of being the CEO.

Glenn is glad to hear Mona say this, realizing how much she has grown over these years to a brilliant adult and mature woman. Glenn hoped Mona would choose this on her own, but she did merit being asked. Glenn takes Mona's advice for a successor, which works out excellently in the end.

While only approaching her forties now, Mona thinks about taking an early retirement too. The income she has been making, her stock shares and options, and her inheritance, are enough for her and Dolly to live comfortably for the rest of their lives.

Especially with the contributions and expenses paid by Glenn and the older women. She discusses it openly with the family. Dolly is delighted that her mommy would be with her (and sometimes her sister) full time. Mary decides to go when Mona does too. Now all three from the company are free to be this unusual family all the time.

Dolly has been making a name for herself with her blog. A major national magazine picks up on her weekly essays (yes, Mona keeps her to that task). The money from those articles; her compensation for contract work Dolly does now and then; and her savings and investments all growing, leaving her well provided for also.

Between Glenn and Mona, so not to look like a planned movement, plan for their separation with the company. In April, Glenn retires. Four months later, Mona resigns, which is followed at the same time by Mary deciding to retire with her.

The two women leave such detailed procedures, policies, and templates, anyone taking over Mona's and Mary's positions should be doing it seamlessly. And the new CEO, knowing he has Mona to thank for recommending him to the position, is more than happy when Mona offers, before going to pick her successor.

From the unit started for Dolly's idea years ago, the director over that area is offered Mona's position. Along with his PA for Mary's job. Dedicated and devoted to Mona, everything is settled for a successful transition.

Free now, to enjoy their lives together, the week after Mona and Mary are finished at the company, they all take a month-long vacation to the ABDL resort they were at together for their first vacation.

Karen and Dolly are more than happy to be little girl sisters for the three adults for that long (they do manage hot, hot, sex every night in their crib). Mona has been nursing Dolly all these years and does worry if, at some point, she will dry up, which she would hate to do to her baby. Dolly assures her that if that happens, it is okay. Mona talks with Dolly's baby girl doctor, who ensures her that Mona could continue to lactate even in menopause. The assurance of this possibility delights both Mona and Dolly.

Dolly always is nursed first, but often the older members would individually or in pairs nurse on Mona afterward, emptying her breasts of the heavy milk. They would gently rub Mona's clit as they do. Mona and Dolly know they will always have each other in the adult love they share, so they make a pact. Regardless of what happens before, when Dolly turns fifty, Mona then 55, Bee and Mary around 75, and Glenn then over 80, Mona and Dolly will end this alternate life together. While still deeply involved with the older three, they will find a new ways for them all to interact.

Mona and Dolly talk with the others about this, and all agree that it would be the wisest route to take. But then laughing, all agree that moment will be over ten years off, so in the meantime, they can be happy with their family life how it is now.
