Dolly and Mona: Adult Baby and Mommy Story

DM28: Dolly's resignation: Tuesday 9:00 am

Waking Tuesday morning, to return to work and do what she and Mona decided makes Dolly so nervous she pees even more in her night-time diaper. Mona understands and takes time and care, and a few raspberries on Dolly's belly and down further.

Dolly giggles at the attention and does relax some. Having to drive to work on her own in her car, Dolly does feel the butterflies in her belly more. At work, at least Dolly can look down at Mona's desk before she undertakes what she has to do. And even at that distance, Dolly can see Mona wink at her for confidence.

Dolly wonders why just a wink can mean so much to her. But after this weekend understands what it is suggesting to her. And with a dripping pussy from it, Dolly walks into her boss's office. Dolly asks about his holiday weekend and replies to his inquiry that it turned out to be fantastic.

Then, Dolly sits nervously in the chair and moves the envelope with her letter of resignation to him.

Needless to say, the idea of him losing such a valuable employee is distressing to him. Especially one who has in the short few months here, streamlined reporting from all his units drastically. Dolly's templates have already reduced man-hours wasted on these tasks, and she is so close to making this possible for his whole division.

He asks her what he could do to change her mind, but nervous as Dolly is, she sticks to her guns. She explains that the opportunity here has been spectacular, but it is not where her heart, and muses lie. She assures him that working here, and for him, has been rewarding, but she needs to move on now.

Dolly promises for her remaining two weeks she will get everything documented, and as much in place as she can. With heavy heart, her boss accepts Dolly's decision, saying he will be sorry to see her go, but understands.

Dolly even offers, if he would like, to help him find her replacement if it could happen in the two weeks and train her. He is grateful for that. As soon as Dolly returns to her desk, he is on the phone to the Personnel Department. He tells them to post an in-house request immediately and, if need be, to the public also.

He mourns Dolly's departure but does understand it. But if only Dolly could have been happy with her skills with spreadsheets and databases. He plans to do as much for Dolly as he can to reward her for all she has accomplished in these last nine months.
