The next night, Thursday evening, Dolly is excited. Both she and Mona will be working five days or more this week for a month to come, but together. The idea of what Mona has outlined to her about the future, and them spending three whole days entirely as mommy and me, gets her loins churning by mid-day on Thursdays.

Okay, just finished sucking on mommy's tits for a half-hour does add to this feeling.

But mommy tells her something while Dolly is sucking, which unsettles her some.

Mona explains to her that they will need a nanny for Dolly during the days when Mona is at work and a housekeeper.

Mona continues, telling Dolly that for years now, she has had an excellent housekeeper coming in three or four days a week to keep her house in pristine shape. Mona has, in a roundabout way, approached her about also being a special nanny for Dolly.

The woman, while appearing open to something different, does want to discuss it in person with Mona. Dolly, not wanting anyone else in their special life, is not pleased. But she understands that mommy wants her safe and cared for while mommy is at work.

Mona had initially looked at ABDL sites to see if any local woman/mommy-baby, would be interested in such a position, but the responses Mona got did not seem a good fit.

So, that evening, Mona, and her baby Dolly are going to talk to Betty (Bee) Marshall about her possibly being who would be the perfect fit. Dolly is apprehensive about this and becomes very shy and quiet.

Mona can see Dolly's distress clearly when they get home. Mona/mommy takes Dolly to the room now using and undresses her, changes her diaper, which in her distress Dolly has soaked, and puts an onesie on her.

Mona picks Dolly up, and they head to the living room. This makes Dolly shake even more. This room is rarely used according to Mona, only for special occasions or business negotiations.

Bee, who Dolly has never seen or met before, comes in from the kitchen. While Mona, holding Dolly in her lap, running her fingers up and down Dolly's spine to relax her, Bee takes the chair opposite them.

"Well, Mona, I think I see clearly what you want to add to my responsibilities," Bee says, smiling warmly at Dolly.

Mona does explain briefly what additional duties she requires, but emphasizing Dolly needs to feel comfortable with Bee. Mona asks Bee if she could consider being, what Mona laughing calls Dolly's 'nanny.' Bee laughs with her a bit and says, that would be a good way of thinking of it.

Mona knows making this request of Bee could cost both her and Dolly if Bee is not interested and spread their secret. But while not knowing Bee all that well herself, she has felt she was an understanding and caring person who would not spread gossip.

Mona is amazed that Bee is accepting this additional role so easily and looks questionably at Bee. Bee smiles, with a lovingly look to Mona and Dolly, saying, "Mona, since I began working for you, what, eight/nine years ago, I always thought of you as a daughter I never had. You know what we have had has been more than an employer/housekeeper situation, I have worried about you finding a perfect mate. Now, it seems you have, in the way you so desire."

Bee continues, "Dolly, do you understand that Mona means so much to me, and you now will too? Will you accept me as your nanny or whatever, to watch over you when you can't be with your mommy, and you need to be in this space?"

Dolly's heart melts. This woman, who she doesn't know yet, but so cares for Dolly's new, first, mommy, is being so nice and opened to her.

Dolly climbs off Mona's lap, kissing her on the cheek as she does, and waddles over to Bee's lap. Dolly climbs up and settles herself in Bee's lap to put her arms around Bee's neck and kiss her cheek.

Both Bee and Mona smile at each other, understanding Baby Dolly's acceptance. Bee stays for a while. After Dolly is changed for the night and put down to sleep at her bedtime, Bee and Mona have a serious discussion.

Would Bee be comfortable in this nanny role for an adult baby? Would Bee accept the adjusted hours that would be needed? Could Bee see Dolly in the role she craves? Or would she just tolerate it?

Bee shushed Mona, saying, "What I told Dolly is what I meant. I cherish you as if you were my own daughter. And have worried these years about the inner sadness you have had. Sure there have been men in and out of here, but all meaningless."

"The last months, I knew you have been so much happier, but for something out of your reach. Now, learning about Dolly and the relationship that you want together, I understand. Your cheerfulness, and bliss, has been such a joy for me to see. And if this lifestyle brings you contentment, then nothing would please me more."

"This choice of lifestyle may have some bumpy roads along the way, but know I will always be here to help you through them."

"And Dolly is such a joy in herself, and how could I not want to care for her when you are not able. It is something different to me, but I will research what you both are wanting, and know, I will be opened to it all," Bee concluded.

Mona is overwhelmed by this woman, who has, for years, unobtrusively, has given her unequivocally the love that she missed from her parents. And now, no qualms in any way, accepting and even encouraging, this strange new plane Mona is moving too.

Mona moves to hug Bee, who pulls her down to sit on her lap. Bee stroked Mona's back and hair as Mona weeps a bit and feels herself in a safe and wonderful place.

Calmed, Bee tells Mona, "You will be a wonderful mommy for Dolly. And Dolly, what you want to treasure as your baby girl. Enjoy all you can be together, and let me help you in any way you need."

More tears fall from Mona, landing on Bee's breast. But in time, both women compose themselves, and Mona kisses Bee chastely on the lips and thanks her. Bee tells her that Mona needs to get to bed too, and she will let herself out.

And so the nanny/housekeeper issue is resolved. Mona knows she will double Bee's salary, still amazed that Bee is willing to take on such a diverse role. Mona's knowledge of Bee's life is sketchy to a degree.

She knows Bee, now in her early fifties, has been divorced since her late thirties, no information about what happened, but by now, it does not matter. Bee never had children. She worked for years in a managerial position until shortly before Mona arrived in the city for her job with the company. Bee told Mona nothing about why she left her position, either. But with glowing references, through a job service, Bee was directed to Mona. Mona needed someone to maintain her house, as she was wrapped up with work and getting ahead.

The two women clicked from the start. While they rarely see each other, they are in contact through phone calls and texts. Bee has access to Mona's house and arrives after Mona leaves for work. The perfection of Mona's home is due to Bee. The dinners Bee leaves two or three times a week for Mona to enjoy when home late from work adds to the bond between the women. Their occasional interactions feed each other's compassion for the other.

And now, adding the additional component of Dolly, who takes to Bee, and Bee to Dolly so quickly, the new life Mona wants with Dolly seems to be fitting into this space so well.
