DM56: Nanny disciplines Mona

A couple of months later, working on a significant project, Mona often gets distracted. Suddenly she is late getting home from work, ignoring the hour as she concentrates on her job responsibilities. Being late coming home is becoming the norm. Which is understandable to Bee, and even Dolly.

But Mona often to forgets to call to let them know she is working late. Bee has had to cancel plans with Mary for several evenings due to this. Yes, Mary comes over most of these evenings to help keep Dolly occupied until her mommy shows up. But it is Mona being inconsiderate of others, which is the issue.

Mary is constantly reminding Mona to let Bee know when she will be late, but the suggestion often goes over Mona's head as she is absorbed in the task at hand.

Bee starts scolding Mona when she is late. Trying to get Mona to understand the need for balance between work and her family. Bee finishes by saying, "If this keeps up Mona, perhaps a spanking is what you need."

Bee talks lovingly explaining fully how Mona needs to become more responsible and balance all parts of her life. Bee kisses Mona's forehead and then leads her to the corner for her time of reflection.

Dolly has been watching everything that transgresses and has such mixed feelings. Watching her mommy get spanked like she is and is now doing corner time does make things tingle in her. Being a bit confused that mommy needs discipline too. Happy that perhaps this will help mommy to remember she needs to get home to her baby, which is Dolly's primary goal.

Dolly is hungry for nursing time but knows mommy is being punished, so accepts when Bee lifts Dolly from her playpen and feeds her a bottle of mommy's expressed warm milk instead to satisfy her.

The thing that surprised Dolly most is Bee picking up Dolly on her hip, with her hand around Mona's wrist directing her to follow, They go to Dolly's nursery. Bee changes Dolly's diaper and puts on her jammies, then puts Dolly in her crib with a full view of what follows.

Bee undresses Mona completely, then lifts her up on the changing table. She talks quietly, but Dolly can hear too, "Mona, since you have been acting childishly about this, and had to be punished like a little girl would be, I think that you need a night in diapers too."

Mona is ashamed at the suggestion but does understand this will re-enforce the message which has been delivered tonight, so subjects herself being lifted on the changing table, diapered, and put into the crib with Dolly. Both have pacifiers placed in their mouths, and Bee kisses both their foreheads good night.

As Bee leaves the nursery, she tells them that she will spend the night and be there in the morning when her two baby girls awake.
