"Have you seen Alfie?" I ask Harry when I see him.
"He was coming back today wasn't he?"
"If I'm not mistaking he's in the infirmary," Harry directs me.
"Okay, thank you!" I say happily and start walking again.
"For god's sake Marcus, just put the dang thing in!' I heard Niomi's voice. I cringed at her sentence, what were they doing in the infirmary?
"I can't, Niomi, I don't wanna hurt you!" I heard Marcus voice. Oh that's just gross.
"Just put it in Marcus! It won't hurt!'
"Yes it will!'
"God, I've done it before, just do it!'
"No you do it!'
Wait what? She has to put his thing in?
"Just stick the freaking needle in my leg!'
Oh dear, that was a relieve. Without knocking I walk in the room and see Niomi sitting on the bed and Marcus sitting on his knees with a needle in his hand.
"Give me that,' I demand walking over to him and grabbing the needle out of his hand. Without hesitation I stick the needle in Niomi's leg and push the liquid in.
"Thank you,' Niomi says and smiles at me.
"You're welcome,' I say back 'What allergy?' I inquire.
"Hazel nuts, I ate a chocolate bar thinking there were no hazelnuts in it, turns out there were. If you hadn't stuck that needle in my leg I would've blown up like a balloon.' Niomi explains. I nod showing that I understand.
"Not to be rude, but what are you doing here?"
"I was looking for Alfie, hurt my hand yesterday, he needs to heal it," I say showing them my hand.
"Oh, I think he was training together with Zoe," Marcus answers.
"What brings you guys here?" I wonder. Niomi starts talking.
"Liam said we had to come to train more often. Normally we just go to the local gym, but since we're gonna have an encounter with Stefan soon Liam wants us to be in perfect condition. And he preferred us training here because then we can discuss the plans together with you guys."
"Yeah, we are, together with the others you have met already of the group the closest to Liam in the rebels. If anything happens to Liam we are in charge, and we also have to moniter the other places where rebels are trained," Marcus ads.
"Jack and Finn also?"
"Jup."
"So that's why I don't see you guys a lot," I say.
"Yeah, anyway, we're gonna go to the kitchen and get a snack that won't kill me," Niomi says.
"See you guys later," I smile and then make my way to the training room. When I walk in I see almost everyone training. Soon enough I spot Alfie and stalk over to him.
"Hey, Avery!" he cheers.
"Hi," I smile.
"What do you need?" he asks.
"My hand," I grimace and lift it so he can see it.
"What did you do?" he asks concerned.
"Long story," I sigh.
"Take the bandage of, I'll heal it," he says and waits patiently for me to take it off. I hiss out of pain when he takes my hand into his.
"It wasn't this bruised yesterday," I mutter.
