7. Stark goes to High School

I woke up to the sound of an alarm clock and the sound of my annoying brother's voice. I opened my eyes to see him standing next to my bed, looking at me. He wasn't alone. Steve, Clint, Natasha, Wanda, Shuri, Pietro and Rhodey were with him.

I shrieked. SO MANY PEOPLE! I took a deep breathe and looked at the bozos that were looking at me. "What the hell!" I shouted.

"Get up. It's time for school", Tony says as he and Wanda pulled me out of bed.

"Why so early?" I asked.

"Cause you have to be on time for school, Emma", Tony says as if that were obvious.

"Alright. Just get out of my room so I can get ready", I said. Everyone got out of the room. When I knew everyone was gone, "Lush Life", by Zara Larsson blasts through the speakers of my bluetooth and I got ready for school.

Happy stopped the car in front the school. I saw all the kids, kids that were my age, walked into the school. I looked at Tony with a worried look. He puts a hand on my shoulder. "You'll be fine", Tony reassured. I nodded in understanding. I got out of the car with my backpack on my shoulder.

I closed the car door and walked towards the school. I noticed some students staring at me. Most of them whispered to the person beside them. I looked back at Tony and Happy, only to see that they were gone. I turned back around and gulped. I am feeling so uncomfortable right now.

I walked into the building. The students looked at me as I walked pass them. The bell rung, making me jump. The students walked towards their classes. As I walked towards my class, I saw Peter on the ground. Three boys were standing next to him. One of them grabbed Peter by his shoulder and threw him against the locker.

"Hey! Cut it out!", I shouted as I ran toward them. "Stop it". I pushed the boys out of the way. I helped Peter off the ground.

"Look, Penus Parker. Your girlfriend is here", One of them said.

I looked at the three of them. "What the hell is wrong with you? You shouldn't bully someone who did nothing wrong. You shouldn't bully someone at all", I said.

"Look, Sweetheart. Just because you're a Stark, that doesn't mean we'll listen to you", One of the boys said.

"It's not about me being a Stark. It's about respect and how you treat each other. I don't like how you treated Peter", I said. Me and Peter walked to our first class. We had our first class together. "Who was that guy?"

"Flash and his...Gang", Peter says.

"I'm sorry that had to happen to you",I said. "I got your back, okay?" Peter looked at me and smiled.

For our first three classes, the teacher would just talk about themselves and tell us what we'd doing in that class. When it was lunch time, I grabbed something to eat and tried to find a place to eat at. I walked up to a table, but before I could sit in a seat, a boy put his hand on the seat that I was about to sit in.

"Seat's taken", he said. I nodded. I walked towards a different table. I was about to sit down, but a girl puts her hand on the seat. "This one's taken, Rich Girl", she said.

I nodded. "Of course", I said with a smile. My voice sounded like I was okay with that, but honestly, I wasn't. When she turned around, my smile was replaced with a lonely expression.

I was about to walk towards another table, but I tripped on someone's leg and fell. My lunch fell onto the ground. I heard Flash and his group of Bullies laughing.

Peter ran towards me along with two boys and two girls. Peter helped me and the two boys pick up my lunch. Both girls stood and glared at Flash.

"Dude, what's your problem", One of the girls said.

"Why do you care? Stay out of this",Flash says.

"Dude, she's never been to school before", Peter says as he stands up.

"I don't care, Penus Parker".

"Stop calling him that. You mess with my boyfriend, you mess with me",one of the girls said. My eyes widened at the fact that Peter has a girlfriend.

"Yeah and she's my friend. So if you mess with her, you mess with me, rookie", the other girl snapped.

Flash scoffs. "Whatever".

I got up from the ground after picking up my lunch. "Come on, Emma", Peter says. We all walked away from Flash's table. We sat down at another table.

"I can get you a new lunch", One of the boys said.

"No need. I'm not hungry", I said. My stomach growled. Peter and his friends tried their best not to laugh. "I can take it".

We all chuckled. "Emma, these are my friends, Ned, Lilly and Connor. And this is my girlfriend, MJ", Peter introduced. "Everyone, this is Emma Stark".

"It's nice to meet you, Emma", MJ said. I smiled.

"It's nice to meet you too", I said.

"So you've really never gone to school before?" Lilly asked.

"No, I've been in my brother's mansion for most of my life so I've only learned about High School by watching the movies", I explained.

Everyone's, including Peter's, eyes widened. "What?" Lilly asked.

"Emma, there's more to High School than what's shown in the movies",Ned explains.

"Yeah there's tests, parties, sports games", Connor says.

"I'm not a fan of sports. I like robotics", I said.

"There's a robotics club. And you could try out for acting. Do you like Acting?" MJ asks.

"I've never really thought about it", I said.

"I think I just got an idea", Lilly says. We all looked at Lilly. "Our High School goal...should be helping Emma with High School and having one hell of a year doing it".

"Lilly, this isn't a movie", MJ said.

"We need something to spice the year up. Peter, are you going to fight some bad guys this year".

Peter was silent. "Exactly", Lilly said.

Peter, MJ, Ned and Connor nodded. The five of them looked at me. "Let's do it", Peter, MJ, Ned and Connor said in unison.
