8. Loki

A/N: In this story, Loki is 17 in human years. Just to make things less weird. Y'all will know what I mean.

3rd person's point of view

Location: Asgard

Thor and Loki walked toward the Bifrost. Loki's hands were in chains. "I believe this is more of a punishment",Loki says.

"Nonsense, Loki. This is a great opportunity", Thor says.

"Really? Then why do I not want to go to back earth? I mean, of all people, why do I have to live with them? The Avengers?" Loki asks.

"Brother, consider this a start to a new life. Isn't that what you want?"Thor asks.

"I'd like to stay the same Trickster God that kills with my dagger. So no!",Loki snapped. He storms off, towards the Bifrost. He turns back around to walk the other way. "Wrong way".

"No", Thor says as he grabs Loki's arm. Loki yanked his arm out of Thor's grip. He groans loudly in frustration.

"You realize I'm not a child, right?"Loki asks.

"Then stop acting like one".

"Then Shut the hell up".

Loki storms away, towards the Bifrost. Thor sighs. He followed behind a very angry Loki.

Thor and Loki arrive in front of Avengers tower. They went into the elevator. When the elevator opens up, they walked out of the elevator. Then went into the kitchen.

"Well, no one's here", Loki said.

"You're not getting out of this easily, brother. It's either this or a cell on Asgard", Thor said. Loki sighed.

"Where are your idiotic teammates?"Loki asked. They heard the elevator open. Then, they heard running footsteps.

"Incoming", Thor said. Thor and Loki stepped towards one side of the doorway. Emma ran into the kitchen, panting. She stops in front of Thor and Loki.

"Are you-" Thor was cut off by Emma.

"Yeah, Yeah. I'm good. I'm...I'm running...from my brother", Emma explains. She spoke again when she finally catches her breath. "So funny story. I pranked him and now I think he wants to kill me...again".

"How was your first three days of school?" Thor asks.

"It was good. I think. I made four new friends on my first day and I got a scar on my second day", Emma explains. Thor looked at her in confusion. "Don't ask".

"Didn't you say you just pranked your brother?" Thor asks. Emma nodded.

"It was in the lab. I ran from him for a very long time until I finally decided to take the elevator. It'll take a while for him to come here. I never knew he ran that fast. So...you've got a new friend with you?"

"Actually, this is my brother, Loki. He'll be staying here on earth", Thor introduced.

"Hello", Emma said. Loki gave her a small nod.

"EMMA!"

"Uh oh", Emma said. Just as Emma ran behind the island, Tony came in. His face was covered in flour. There was even some in his hair. "Oh uh, Tony. You've got something...everywhere".

Tony started chasing Emma around the island. Laughter and Screaming came out of her mouth.

Thor looks at Loki. He just now noticed the shocked expression on Loki's face. Thor waves his hand in front of his brother. Loki looks at Thor. "Are you alright", he asked Loki.

"Yeah. I'm fine", Loki says. They both looked back at Tony and Emma. Emma pours ice cubes down Tony's shirt. Tony wiggles around, trying to get the ice cubes out of his shirt. Emma just laughs.

"Who is that?" Loki asks.

Thor looks at Loki. "Loki. Are in-" Thor was cut off by Loki.

"I asked for a name, Thor".

"Her name is Emma. She is Stark's little sister. She's spent most of her life in Stark's mansion. And she's adopted", Thor says.

"She's beautiful", Loki mumbles. Tony continues chasing Emma around the kitchen. Rhodey came into the kitchen. She hides behind him.

"Help me", Emma says through her laughter.

"Rhoades, buddy. Can I have my sister back? I'm just going to lock her on the roof. Nothing too big", Tony says.

"Okay, First of all, that's so wrong on so many levels", Rhodey says.

"So? She's my sister", Tony says.

"Second of all, stop chasing your sister around the kitchen. Do it somewhere else", Rhodey says. Emma looked at Rhodey, shocked.

"I'm innocent", Emma said.

"Shut up. Shut your mouth, Emma Stark", Tony says.

"Make me, Tony Stank".

Tony was taken aback by Emma's insult. Rhodey, Thor and Loki tried their hardest not to laugh.

"I'll get you back for this", Tony says.

"That's the best joke I've heard all day. Good one", Emma said as she laughed. Tony walks out of the kitchen. Emma steps in front of Rhodey. "Thank you".

"Any time, Emma", Rhodey says.

"Why would you tell him to chase me somewhere else? I'm innocent",Emma said.

"Emma, you are a lot of things. Innocent isn't one of them", Rhodey said. He left the kitchen. Emma walks over to Thor and Loki.

"He has a point", Emma said. "I'm Emma". She reaches her hand out to Loki. Loki grabs her hand and shook it.

"I'm Loki", he said.

They looked at each other for a long time. Tony came back into the kitchen. "Emma", he said. He grabs Emma and pulls her away from him. "Thor, what is he doing here".

Steve, Bruce, Natasha and Clint came into the kitchen. They all glared at Loki. Emma was confused. Why did they hate Loki?

"Loki is staying here. Give him a chance. I believe that my brother has changed", Thor says.

"I don't trust him", Clint says.

"Neither do I. I'm not sure if you forgot, but he tried to kill all six of us. How do we know he's not thinking on killing any of us?" Bruce asks.

"I know Loki has made some mistakes in the past, but it's not too late for him to change. The Maximoff turned against Ultron and helped us, remember?" Thor asks.

"Can we not forget that he threw me out of a window", Tony says.

Emma chuckled. The Avengers and Loki looked at her which made Emma stop laughing. "I mean, that is horrible", she said.

"You're a terrible actor", Tony said.

"Thank you", Emma said.

"Go to living room", Tony says. Emma was about to say something, but Tony beats her to it. "Now, Emma".

She walks into the living room as the Avengers continue their conversation. In the living room, Wanda and Pietro were asleep on the couch. Emma sat down next to Pietro and laid her head on his shoulder.
