the next morning, bentley woke up and after a while, headed to the chateau to visit her friends.

"morning family!" she smiled spotting the food that was being cooked

"where you off to baby?" her mom asked as she grabbed her keys from the counter after running downstairs.

"to see the crew" she smiled, stealing a waffle and spraying whipped cream on it, stuffing it in her mouth followed by a slice of bacon her dad was cooking next to her mom.

"nah uh girl, you gotta help gramps fix up his car, remember!" her dad said

"dad come on its summer! i wanna go hang with my friends" she whined

"anyway, why can't jax go do it with him, i helped him with my dirt bike and my jeep! jax has only been with girls and his new friends since we got here, ive been helping with everything" she whined to get her way out of it

"you can too, son! have fun with your friends my girl" her grandpa said kissing the top of her head

"haha loser" bentley stuck out her tongue like a child, jaxson flipping her off

"that's enough, jax, come with me" their grandpa said

"that's the perks of being the favourite grandchild" he rolled his eyes, walking to the back yard as bentley walked out the front, driving off down the road to john bs house.

"hi friends!" she announced she was there, spotting kiara lay on the pullout sofa bed and john b come from the bathroom, closing the door of JJs bedroom, that was actually john bs dads old room, changing into JJs after he went missing.

"hey girlfriend" kie said waving

"hey benny" john b called her the nickname that stuck from when they first became friends

"where's JJ?" she asked, flopping into the couch next to kie.

"in his room, but i wouldn't go in there if i was you" kie said

"he's got another girl over" john b rolled his eyes

bentleys heart slightly dropped at that statement, knowing how he was. he wasn't a relationship type of guy. a hit it and quit it guy was more what.

bentley sat up, walking towards the door to be stopped by john b.

"dude i'm the cockblock not you" he scoffed

she ignored him, basically busting down the door and standing at the doorway, john b standing behind her watching what she was about to do.

"JJ? what the fuck! who the fuck is this bitch!" she said full bitchyness, pretending as if he was cheating yet the two weren't even together

the two lay in shock, JJ still hovering over here

"out! now! get some clothes on" she scoffed

"do i need to help you, let's go bitch! pack it up!" she said, john b covering his mouth as he laughed, videoing sneakily it to show kie who lay on the couch

the girl slid under JJ, picking up her shoes and walking past john b and bentley who stood at the doorway laughing after she left

"what the fuck, bentley?" he said, full seriousness, not even getting it was a joke.

"calm your tits, maybank" she scoffed, sitting on the bed next to him, realising it was he was making out with another girl only seconds ago, making her stand and fake a disgusted shiver

"she's too good to lose, bro. she's hilarious and hot" john b laughed, pointing finger guns at bentley making her laugh.

"thankyou, i'm flattered" she winked as he walked away

JJ still stayed silent, looking up from his phone as she looked at him.

"what?" he said

"are you not going to speak to me or something? come on that was funny" she admitted

"it really wasn't, bentley. just go" he rolled his eyes

she scoffed as she stood up, standing at the doorway for a few seconds.

"you know, i was actually planning to come do that with you. but obviously you have other plans. i'll go get her back for you if you're that butthurt about it" she scoffed, slamming the door on the way out, laying on the couch next to kie.

JJ let himself fall back onto the bed, still shirtless, regretting she had caught him with somebody else.
he knew it wasn't cheating or whatever, but he knew he fucked up. he hadn't felt the way he feels for bentley towards any other girl. ever. but he couldn't change his silly ways of fucking around with different girls. he could never settle on one. but he wanted to change that for himself.

"he can't choose what or who he's doing. can he?" she groaned, laying her head on kiaras stomach kie playing with her hair.

"i'm not gonna lie. that was some boss bitch moves you pulled in there." she laughed, john b showing her the video that made her laugh at how annoyed JJ was becoming.

"but girl, he never settles on any girl. he's with a different girl whenever i see him to be honest. but i know he feels different when it comes to you. i can tell by the way he acts, it's different" kie stated, bentley sighing

"we're friends. i won't budge it. it's fine, i don't care" she shrugged
