the friends headed back to the chateau, asking then what happened and if they found anything

"after all that, did you find anything?" kiara asked

"did we find anything...oh yeah we did!" JJ smiled, holding up the gun and money in each of his hands.

"i'm gonna lose my merit scholarship" pope sighed, JJ standing and walking towards him.

"hey hey hey- shhh, at least you have us right!" JJ smirked, holding the gun to popes lips as he shh-ed him.

JJ then sat down on the front of the boat next to bentley, throwing her hair into a ponytail quickly as it was way to hot and annoying her.

JJ smirked as he watched her do so, making her slap his arm.

"what! i'm just trying to look at your tattoo!" he lied, still looking at her face

"what one?" she asked

"you have more then one tattoo?" JJ asked

"i wanna see!" kie said

she pointed to the one on the back of her neck, the small angel wings and a halo, with a date in roman numerals underneath

"what does this mean?" kie asked

"it's the date of when my older brother died, he died when he was 16- i was 13 and jax was 15" she said, looking down, to get her mind off of it, she explained the others. she hated to talk about the death of her brother and never wanted to remember that day.

she dropped her denim shorts, so she was standing in her black bikini, slightly moving over her bottoms to show the rose tattoo on her bikini line that had 'stay wild' linked into the stem of the rose, kiara raising her eyebrows.

"that's cuuuute!" she said

"i like that one, and i've seen it before" JJ smirked, everyone turning to look at him.

"what! she wears bikinis a lot!" he covered himself, as nobody in the group knew the two had hooked up before, as it was the first weekend she came to the outerbanks. she had met them but they never realised it was her walking out of the room with JJ after all.

she had around three other noticeable tattoos she hadn't explained because the friends had seen them before

the friends all sat with a couple others near the coast guard, that wheeled up a dead body on a gurney

"who's that?" john b asked

"it's scooter grubbs- he was out during the storm, check out this pic i got!" the girl who sat with the friends said excitedly

bentley furrowed here eyebrows together, trying to keep in the anger that made her blood boil, she knew if she snapped in that moment her friends would be shocked, not seeing her anger ever before.

"dead bodyyy! it's so cool!" the girl smiled, showing the picture around everyone

"are you fucking kidding me? have some fucking decency would y'all! that man died, and you're showing around his dead body like it's nothing! do you know i'm disgusting and terrible that is!" bentley said, her voice becoming louder as she spoke
