11. Contract

3rd Person P.O.V. ~

"So gentlemen and gentlemen.. Here is what you were waiting for.. The one and only contract.. Tada.." Lam acted like a magician while presenting the contract to Forth and Beam at Monday 5 p.m.

They all were sitting in Forth's study room.

"Ai'Lam.. can't you be less dramatic.?" Forth said looking at Lam irritatingly.

"Sorry but I can't help it. I am just so happy. You are getting married.. You.." He pointed at Forth.

"Yes.. A fake one.. Now shut up. If you still want to be the best man in my wedding behave like a civilized human being." Forth said warning him.

"You are no fun.. fine.. but only I can be your best man. I never thought I will get to be. God I am so happy.." Lam said dreamingly.

"I don't know now that you got the idea for Mom or yourself." Forth smacked his head.

"For You" He mumbled whispering.

"What.?" Forth asked.

"Nothing.. nothing... let's carry on ok." Lam said while caressing his head where Forth had smacked him.

Beam was just watching the two friends behaving like kids. He looked at Lam then Forth then again Lam then again Forth while they were arguing.

Forth and Lam were sitting beside each other on couch and Beam was sitting across them.

"So basically there are some important rules in the contract which you both have to follow for 5 years. The contract is only valid for five years. After that you can renew it or end it as you like." Lam explained.

"What are the rules that I have to follow.?" Beam asked.

Rule 1 - You both will be legally married.

Rule 2 - The contract will be valid for 5 years.

Rule 3 - You can not get divorce in between these 5 years unless both parties are mutually ready.

Rule 4 - You both have to live together.

Rule 5 - You both can not date anyone outside the marriage.

Rule 6 - You both can not have a physical relationship outside this marriage.

Just follow these simple simple rules and that's it.." Lam explained the contract to both of them.

"What..? No one gonna say or ask anything.?" Lam asked when he didn't get a response for a while from the other two people in the room.

Both Forth and Beam were lost in their thoughts.

"I'm okay with everything as long as Beam is ok. I don't see any problems here." Forth answered.

Beam looked at him and said.. "Really.? You don't have a problem.?"

"Yes.. I don't.. Why.? Did you not like something.? You want to add anything else or erase.? We can do that." Forth replied.

"I don't know.. I mean.. I don't know how to say it.. But.. About that rule no. 6.. You are ok with that.?" 

Just then Forth realised what Beam is talking about this and he looked at Lam with a questioning look.

"Hey.. Don't stare at me ok.. I only made the contract for you. And it's true you guys can't have sex outside the marriage. It will be too controversial for you and your image. Your rivals will use that to destroy your company. We can't risk that. And there is no point of asking for an escort.. It will be too risky if words got out.. So now you guys think what you want to do." Lam said putting both hands in the air like surrendering.
