I stared at Maka's body, as tears were on her skin.

"Who did this to you...??" I wiped my tears and buried Maka.

"Rest in Peace..." I mumbled before hearing gunshots.

"That's probably..." My legs began running on its own, fast like how worry filled me. "Kid!"

The gun shots stopped as I arrived at my destination. Clutching my hands together, I saw a corner where I assumed Kid and his weapons were. I peeked at that corner... And regretted that simple move.

Patti and Liz were bloody, a big spike, pierced both their stomachs. Blood continued to gush out of them. As for Kid, he stayed on the ground with his bangs covering his golden eyes. Big cuts were noticeable, his face was losing color as he was losing blood.

"K-Kid...?" I squeeked out as my voice started breaking. I saw his hand twitch and I quickly ran to him. I placed his head on my lap while ripping different parts of the dress to stop Kid's bleeding. Sorry Tsubaki.

Kid's golden eyes met my (e/c) ones. His dry lips formed a weak smile. He raised his hand up, hesitantly, and caressed my cheek. "You look like you've been crying." He spit out,

"Stop talking like that! We need to treat you." I said, standing up, about to get ice from the snow. But I was stopped upon hearing a "No."

I looked at him wide-eyed. "W-What..?"

"Just... Stay here with me. I have no chance of surviving anyways, At this condition. So, I'd like to die in the arms of my loved one." I nodded as I stuck with him. "What happened?" I asked, as he frowned.

"There was this girl with black hair, who randomly appeared nowhere. She fought us and we fought her but she was too strong... And we got separated." He coughed some blood out and it stabbed my heart to see him in pain.

"She caught up to me, and killed Liz and Patti... And now me."

I uttered no words, but my eyes bearing tears told everything. I blinked letting the rain pour while he looked at me and smiled again. Tears stained his cheeks as he wiped them away. "Don't cry... I'll be in a better place with Liz and Patti. And when it's your time, we'll meet again." I sniffled, biting my lip to stop my sobs. "M-Mn.." I answered, hesitating so create a fake smile.

"That's the spirit." He says, sticking his forehead on mine, peering to my soul happily, ignoring all the pain. "I'm sorry, (y/n)..." He mumbles with his smile slowly fading, turning into a sad one. "What are you saying, I should be--!" He cut me off, be a surprise kiss on the nose, nuzzling after. "Shh. You don't have to be."

"But--" I protested, as he shushes me again. "It's alright, this isn't your fault.. I just--" He paused coughing up blood, immediately I panicked a bit and supported his back. "Agh.. I guess... Father will be surprised when he sees my name in the book." I stayed sikent as his eyes started to blurr with tears. "Shinigami out." He says, smiling and closing his eyes while a tears slips out of his eyes.

Soon, he drew his last breath and I bursted in tears, giving out a cry as I held him tightly in my arms. "No... No..." I let out continuous sobs, looking at his lifeless face that held his smile, still. "Kid..."
