My parents have been gone for two days and we were already a mess. I have had to call Cameron at least four times now for support. He told me he might come stay with us until Mom
and Dad got home, but I told him it would be fine. I only told him not to do that because I knew if he was here, Bella would be here quite often and I wasn't a big fan of her.

Right now I was at the table doing homework. My headphones were at the loudest they could go because Hayes and Nash were being loud while playing video games. Anna was at the table with me, coloring in a coloring book. I don't really care to know what Madison and Teala were doing right now.

"ANDREA!" I hear my name over the sound of my music, and I take the objects out of my ears.

"What?" I ask.

"What kind of pizza should we order from Pizza Hut?" Nash is asking me, standing in front of the table.

"I don't care. Can you order some
pasta?"

"Sure." He shrugs. "I'm using Cameron's card."

He is gone and I decide to text Shawn, knowing he's at work right now but he'd text me back anyway. Our conversations rarely ever start with "hey" anymore. They mostly begin with us saying something random, like I am about to do.

To- Shawn: i really want pizza but i want noodles literally why cant i just put noddles on top of pizza

I set my phone down and look out the screen doors to the backyard. I see the spot where I buried Pancakes, my best friend. Shawn and Nash helped me out with it, and Shawn stood there with me while I said a few last words to my cat. Nash didn't stay for that part, but I was just glad he helped me. Him and I were becoming closer, and it was kind of weird but I liked it.

I sigh, turning back to my homework. I finish a few math problems before I get a text back from my boyfriend. Woah, that is weird. I have a boyfriend.

Shawn: Babe .. YOU CAN PUT NOODLES ON TOP OF PIZZA!!

I laugh at his enthusiasm.

Andrea: i could, but it would be nice if pizza hut already had that as an option ya know??

Shawn: Work sucks

Andrea: homework sucks.

Shawn: Is that what your doin rn?

Andrea: yep :-(

Shawn: How is the house holding up? everyone still alive?? u know with your parents gone n stuff

Andrea: it's alright. when things go crazy i just call cameron

Shawn: That's good . hey i gotta get back to work before my dad yells at me haha! I'll talk to you later *kissy face emoji*

Sigh. I really like Shawn.
