"I like this one, I think it looks lovely on you." I twirl around showing off my romper. "You really think so? I was afraid it made my butt look big." "You're amazing just the way you are! It's perfect for today's weather and for what I have planned for our last night in Singapore. Do you want to order in or go out?" I start applying my Fenty lipgloss in the mirror. "I'm okay with staying in because of what happened yesterday..." He scratches the back of his neck. "Sorry about that love, I don't like other guys flirting with you in front of me."
Yesterday Flashback
Felix and I are on the beach relaxing on our blanket. "Do you want to go for a swim before we go to dinner?" "Urm hold on, I'm getting a call. You go ahead while I take this." I kiss his cheek and I get up stretching. The sun is getting low in the sky but it's not set yet. I take out my phone and I start taking pictures of my view. "Hey do you want me to a picture of you with the sunset?" This guy who was fairly attractive and well built smiles down at me. "Oh thank you, my husband is taking a phone call right now."
He takes a few pictures and hands me back my phone. "Oh wow these are perfect! Are you a professional?" He nods. "I'm a photographer for Time magazine. I usually come here for vacation because it's so beautiful here." I smile nodding. "Yes it's very beautiful here, after watching Crazy Rich Asians years ago I really wanted to come here." "It fits you being in such a beautiful place, beautiful things belong together." I scoff slightly and I raise an eyebrow. "Are you trying to flirt with me mister?" He chuckles and takes my hand kissing it. "I can't help myself around such a beautiful woman."
"Oi mate, can you get your hands off my wife!" Felix looks displeased and the man takes his hands off me. "I'm sorry, I didn't know she was taken by you." "I'm surprised that you don't know who she is, if you did you'd know that she's taken." The man looks at me more closely and then smiles. "Ahh Mina the soloist who is making waves in the music industry. You're nominated for woman of the year, too influential not to be." "I am? Wow that's cool, I never thought about that before."
"I'm a big fan, I'm sorry I didn't recognize you. May I get a picture with you?" He hands Felix his phone and I look at Felix who sighs. "One picture, after that we have something to do." The man stands beside me and puts his arm around my waist just before Felix takes the picture which makes Felix frown. "Mate I don't like how you're touching my wife, you're also making her uncomfortable." I detach myself from the photographer and I manage to give him his phone back. I step in between him and Felix, taking Felix's hand in mine.
"We have to make a reservation to make, thank you for the pictures."
Felix
As Mina bends down to pick up the blanket I see the photographer guy check out her bum. I feel something snap within me and the next thing I know he's in the sand holding his nose. "Felix! What did you do?!" She places the now folded blanket down and wraps her cold water bottle in a spare face towel. "Are you okay? Here this should help some, I'm sorry!" The guy shakes his head. "It's my fault, I probably deserved it. You two go ahead and go, I'll be okay."

"What did he do that made you so mad that you broke his nose?" He sighs running a hand threw his hair. "Well he was checking you out when you were bent over picking up the blanket." I scoff trying to hold in my amusement. "Lix guys have done that my whole life. When I was in high school sometimes they'd actually hit my butt. Don't give them the reaction they want out of you. It was really hot of you to defend me though." I wink at him and he looks surprised. "Wait they'd hit your bum passing by? That's horrible, what'd you do?" "Mmm depended on the situation, sometimes I flipped them over my shoulder and sometimes I kicked them or kneed them...you know. The rate of teen pregnancies lowered while I was in high school." He looks at me and then burst out laughing. "Ahhh you never fail to make me laugh. I'm hungry, let's look at the menu."
