Chapter eight: Try not to feel this

I took Bens plate and put it in the sink. I came back to the living room and saw he was looking at what to watch on tv. He hit the button as I sat down next to him I curved the Brown hair on his forehead to one side. I looked at the tv to see what he chose, and it was My favorite show, Psych.

"Do you like this show?" I asked. He didn't even turn his head when he replied, "Yeah, it's one of my favorites." I smiled a little, and said "Me too."

I looked at the screen, to see the main Character Shawn arguing with Gus, about eating meat, that they all thought was their cop friend. I then looked at the clock, and then at Ben.

I saw him chuckle a bit, and then stood up and said, "I have to go to school now." He finally looked up at me with a frown. "Already?" He asked like a puppy, who wanted a treat.

"Well I guess I have a minute. You never told me about what the guy who took you , and what he said to you." I said. He looked at the floor, and I could tell he didn't want to talk about it. "He kept saying something about you. About that no one is good enough for you." He said not looking up at me.

Did Ben really get beaten because of something about me? I was curious enough to ask him, "Did he say he was, watching us? Or something around it?" He looked up at me, and said "I guess he did, I didn't really get much. But he was almost beating me to death." I then Walked to get my bag, and then went back over to Ben. I bent Down to hug Ben, and he grumbled in pain, but I could tell he tried to hide it.

"Sorry." I said letting go of him. I then went and grabbed his car keys and went to go to school. He's letting me take his car to school while he can't.

PARKERS POV

I looked at the calendar to see that is was the 16th of January. Every 16th I have to skip school to go to therapy, Because Mr.freeman has a busy schedule. I mean it's fine by me to miss school, no problem there. it's just lately i don't like going to Freeman therapy. Maybe it's the whole pregnant girlfriend thing.i have to go around 12:00.

I went over to the couch, and decided to watch some tv. I switched on the television, to see Psych playing. I switched it to the movie Men In Black 2, because I hated psych. My sister loves the show, but I can't stand it. I then said out loud to the tv, "Who is stupid enough to believe the guys actually psychic?"

Then I heard Someone reply "Because he is so observant and such a great detective, everyone believes him!" I look around in confusion, wondering who was talking.

"God?" I said looking around. "No idiot it's Jesus." I hear the voice say. I then look down to see that I accidentally butt dialed my sister. Thanks sis. Wanna play? We can play.

I then decide to say "I've waited so long for this. I need help, it's about my sister. She's just- well ism worried about her. She is just so- stupid, it scares me so much." I start laughing when I hear her say, "Shut up you looser. Don't call me in school again."

"Love you too." I say hearing the click of her hanging up.

BENS POV

I didn't tell Aero what I was doing today. Or should I say being forced to do today. My father is forcing me to go to therapy. Some guy named Mr. Freeman. I didn't want to bother my girlfriend. Wow. The fact I can say that, makes me happy.

I then stop and hit my self in the head. I let Aero take my car. Grrr. I guess I have to call a cab. When, the cab brought me to the place, I stopped before entering. Do I really have to do this? I guess so because someone leaving was standing there, holding the glass door open for me. "Thank you." I mumbled as I went in.

I don't like talking to people really,the bad point in therapy. If I don't want to say hi to random people, I definitely do not want to talk about my problems. I took a seat near the window in the corner, there was only the service desk lady, and a man in the waiting room. I heard a car door slam outside, so I looked out to see, Aeros brother coming in.
