Bella's pov
That night after unpacking I felt the loneliness that was painfully remember as the first fourteen years in my life spent in Florida. I think of practicing my tuba but then I think I don't want to. I shove my phone in my pocket and walk to the cafeteria. All of the other kids sit in groups eating dinner, great they all already know each other. yay for being a loner.
I go through the line and get pizza, because pizza is life. And instead of being social I go back into my room. I lock my door and log onto skype sending Ian a request, he picks up immediately like he was waiting for a request or maybe he was just near his computer.
Ian, Aj and Seths face pop onto it.
"WHOAH! hey." Ian says. I don't reply and start eating pizza
"How was the flight?" Seth asks
"Fine. What are you guys doing?" I ask
"We are hanging out. Did you think Seth hung out with us just for you? Well you are wrong." Aj jokes around
"Will asked me if we were together still." seth says referring to how me and seth fake dated before
"What did you say?" Ian asks
"I told him we were." Seth informs us
"Theres this really attractive clarinet guy." I lie
"Bass clarinet? Cause I'd agree there." Ian says
"Who is he?" Seth asks
"I actually just said that out of boredom. I haven't met anyone yet except a small ginger who plays flute."
"Is that pizza good?" Aj laughs.
"Very much so." I pick up my laptop and sit on my bed with it.
"Hey theres the pillow I gave you." Aj comments
"And the necklace I gave you." Seth says
"And.. uh.. I gave you life. I Gave up sperm cells for you." Ian says
"What?" Seth asks disturbed
"He doesn't know what he is talking about but he's claiming he is Bellas dad." Aj explains to my innocent fake boyfriend
"But back to the bass clarinet topic. How do the guys look?" Ian asks
"Ian!" Aj whines
"Not for me. for her" Ian says nervously
"She has seth." Aj replies causing seth to bite his lip nervously
"Im going to take a photo of the screen for a picture for instagram so get ready every one." Ian announces lifting his phone up
I cover my face with a piece sign while Aj and seth make weird faces.

Monday morning
My alarm goes off two hours later than it would for school, and I happily get up.. who happily gets up? Someone who is going to band boot camp.
I get dressed and finish getting ready, I still have a little while before practice so I waste time on my phone.
After 20 minuets of texting seth I put my phone in my pocket grab my tuba case and walk to the auditorium.
Everyone else is getting their instruments so I do the same.
"A girl tuba? Is this a joke!" A boy holding a silver trumpet says
"High brass follow me!" Paul announces, the silver trumpet and a french horn follow him.
A boy in red skinny jeans and a cat sweater yells "low brass follow me!" He snaps his fingers too. GUYS ITS IANS DAD! Just kidding. It's Ian as an adult
I carry my tuba and follow the other low brass members down a hallway and into a room with a row of chairs set up each with stands next to them.
"Take a seat my darlings. My name is Anthony and I will be your guide through fame!" The guy says
"I sit on the end chair, a girl trombone sits next to me, then a boy baritone, a boy tenor sax and a boy bass clarinet who by the way was not cute.
"I'm Savannah, I'm glad there's another girl in the low brass, I've always been the only girl." the trombone player says
"I'm Bella, and same. Where are you from?"
"Pensilvania. What about you?"
"Minnesota." I reply
"Yaaaas make friends!" Anthony says. "now you are all my children. And I know I'm suppose to get right into passing out music but I need to know your names starting with the girl wearing the fabulous my chemical romance shirt"
Hey that's me.
"I'm Bella.." I say
Anthony points at Savannah
"Savannah." she says
"Grayson." the baritone says
"Max." the tenor sax says
"Zach." the bass clarinet says
"Okay now down to business!" Anthony says handing out the sheet music.

I know this is short and I haven't updated in like a week but I've been studying for exams and practicing for regionals.
But cue taylor swifts welcome to NewYork because Anthony is my band director goals.
I probably updated like two days ago but it feels like forever.. what is new?
