Lunchtime came, Taehyung opened his notebook while waiting for Namjoo to come back from the school's gates with their pizzas.
"Oh my god, you are here in Busan."
"It's not my first time here you know."
"Still.
You are here while I'm here."
"You are still with your friend at the library?"
"Yes.
We both slept late so we only arrived an hour ago."
"I'm on a lunch break.
How far are you?"
"I'm willing to go out and bring some subway sandwiches to Minghao.
We have subway not far from school so I might get there in half an hour."
"I can wait for you at the school gate."
"Okay.
See you at the school gate in half an hour."
The pizza took time to arrive so while waiting they did the experiment again to be sure, even though it worked it was fun and didn't take long. Taehyung looked at the clock every once in a while to see how much time he had left before he could go downstairs to the school gate to see the boy he was longing for long enough. But when the pizza arrived it was ten minutes before Jungkook arrived at the school gate so Taehyung decided to go down and wait, not before stuffing a slice of pizza in his mouth and telling his group he is going for a walk around for fresh air.
Jung-sook asked him if he wants her to come but he denied, he wanted to be with his friend alone, he knew that he was a bit harsh on her and maybe even mean, but he knew that she had a crush on him and he didn't want to give her false expectations, but he won't come out to her, at least not yet. "You sure? What if you'll get lost?" she asked him. "I have my phone with me don't worry, just eat. I'm not that hungry." it was true he was so excited that he couldn't even eat.
Taehyung went out of the lab room and walked to the stairs to get down to the first floor, he couldn't but not look at the pictures of the past students and teachers, a lot of year photos of full classes that he learned in this school in the past. From what Taehyung had learned, even if some students were magical he couldn't know because technology cant capture the magic in the photo. Of course, he wanted to see who the magical students were as well as seeing his friends tattoos when he had appeared on his sister's screen in their video chats but he couldn't.
