I sat on the counter and tapped away at my phone as everyone scurried round the house.

Yeah I was excited that grandmas new boyfriend was coming round but at the same time...i didn't really give two shits.

I heard Adam open the door and say hi, then make his way into the kitchen

"Alright shitface?" He asked

"Hmm."

They said it was only sprained so I didn't need a proper cast

"How did you do it again?" He asked

"She didn't she got in a fight at school."
