Chapter 11: Chocolate and Ice cream

"Master! You're still injured!" The troubled pleas of his subordinates irritated him. He had no time to hear their appeals, he was in deep trouble himself. He thought. "Aki! The Plane!"

Secretary Ito who was the receiving end of his Boss' orders was having an inner panic attack. He already called the Pilot to quickly prepare the jet back to Bangkok before he ends up having his head on a platter. "Sir, it's waiting at the private runway."

His boss, after waking up, did not even mind about his wounds. He immediately ripped out all apparatus attached to him and demanded to fly back to Bangkok immediately.

10 days ago they flew back to a province in HK because of an annual inspection that required his presence. There was an accident at the site and his Boss saved two of his employees from getting hit by falling metal pipes. He ended up being the one injured, the end of 1 pipe hit is back causing a big wound on his back area and several scratches all over his shoulders. He fell into a deep sleep for 9 days.

Nadech took his coat quickly, trying putting it on while ignoring the sharp pain upon his every movement. "Master, you just woke up, I advise you to stay for a few more days to fully recover. Your injuries are not to be taken lightly!"

The doctor's alarmed statement was ignored by the stubborn man who's having a hard time getting dressed. "Anybody who dares to stop me, I'll have them punished!" His command instilling great fear in those who aren't use to it.

The doctor shut up immediately after that warning.

Nadech was currently surrounded by his subordinates, they all know what kind of punishments await them if they dared to stop him. All they can do is watch their master flinch in pain at every movement. Hoping that he can take it slow and not get his wounds infected.

After putting his clothes on sloppily, he made his way out of the private room with Secretary Akira Ito following behind.

He boarded the car that was headed straight to his private runway.

Bunny wait for me.

Nadech was anxious thinking about his Bunny, he need to think about how to explain his sudden disappearance to her.

10 days. 10 freaking days. 9 spent asleep.

He remembered every word she said to him when they first saw each other at the restaurant. He didn't want to see her sadness anymore.

She will always be his top priority. His only family.

She must've thought he broke his promise.

Appearing then suddenly Vanishing. It was definitely not a great plan of wooing the woman he loves.

Yes. He loves her. Maybe a little obsess to be honest.

The only reason stepped down in his adoptive father's Yakuza clan was so he could build a legal empire that'll bring her no harm or at least have enough power to protect her without imprisoning her.

He wanted to give her everything. Freedom.

He worked his way up in the business world earning his current title so that he could pamper her, giving her everything she deserves.

His Bunny never desired, she never asks for anything when they were children, so he made it his mission to give her his entirety. Every bit of his possessions, every bit of his Love, even offering his Body and soul and definitely his last name to the mix.

He was going to take her to Switzerland. He was going to explain everything to her.

The reason he didn't come back.

Wanting no secrets between them. Hoping she would understand and still accept him.

He was not a good Person, not the same Barry she knew anymore. He knew what they called him, his way of dealing things were very ruthless.

Growing up with his adoptive Father thought him how to become someone merciless, his father thought him all kinds of things his young mind thought was normal.

At 20, he started to build his empire while being mocked upon. They all thought he'll be a failure because he was just an orphan. Alone in the battle of wolves in Business.

Reaching his Success was something they did not anticipate.

He Landed in Thailand, heading straight to her condo unit.

Stuck standing outside her front door at 4 in the morning was something he didn't plan on doing at first. He hasn't thought of anything, an approach or his words of explanation.

His Injured back was aching but he didn't really care. All he thought about was how to talk to her.

Secretary Ito who was left in the Parking lot was thinking of ways to convince his boss to slow down and talk to Miss Chen tomorrow, instead. The stubborn man was really unstoppable this time. He tried to talk him out of it earlier, resulting in a near death experience because of his Boss' Deadly glares. He was thankful he wasn't kicked out of the car.

Yaya still couldn't sleep, it was nearing sunrise. Her mind was giving her no way out of her misery. Sleeping has become a way for her to escape it, now even sleeping left her.

She sighed, she was hungry.

She wanted chocolate and plain vanilla Ice-cream.

All she had in her fridge was a variety of packed Healthy food from James.

Planning to go outside in a 24 hours convenient store just outside the condo building, she made her way blindly to the front door. Bumping into a few furniture on the way, not realizing just how drunk she was.

2 bottles of red wine will do that to her.

Nadech was stunned, hearing the door open so suddenly, he was tense.

Did she know that he was here?

His bunny who was wearing a Long coat on top of a pink night gown got out the unit. She was currently leaning herself on the side of her door, her eyes dazed as if she's dreaming.

Is she drunk? He wondered. Just standing still so he won't startle her.

"Wow! I am really drunk, aren't I?" She stumbled seeing him standing just beside her doorway.

"Arghhh why is it so blurry." She squinted trying to see him a bit clearer.

"I'm seeing my Bear right now." Yaya approached the blurry figure of Barry.

She was really hallucinating. She thought.

Standing in front of him. Seeing the hazy image of the man gave her different types of emotions.

Pain. Confusion. Mostly Anger. Pure, unfiltered Anger.

"You." she approached him, swaying her body drunkenly.

"Why-why did you leave me?" She poked his chest, demanding answers from him but he was currently speechless. "Why?"

"Answer me!"

"You lying piece of sh-" Before she can curse him to oblivion, he hugged her small body to his and repeatedly apologized.

"I'm sorry bunny. I'm sorry." He repeated over and over again.

"You lied." She cried angrily, pushing him so he could let her go. "Let me go you -"

"Forgive me." He said.
