The Giant Asgardian

Chapter 1: Crash Landing

Peter and Y/n had been begging Mr. Stark and Quill to let them fly the Milano just for a few minutes out in space. A quick trip just around the moon and then they'd be back on Earth in an instant. They've been begging them everyday whether that was at work, while they were eating, or if they were trying to take a nap. It especially got bad about a week ago when Stark was using the restroom. He had the door locked, thankfully, and was reading a magazine about himself when Peter started knocking on the door repeatedly asking the same question over and over again, "Can we please fly the Milano Mr Stark? Please?" Stark and Quill couldn't take hearing Peter and Y/n asking about it everyday anymore, so they finally gave in and said yes. That takes us to the Avengers tower helipad in NYC. Y/n and Peter were inside the Milano trying to figure out how to get the ship to turn on.

"Can you believe that Star-Lord is letting us pilot the Milano?!", asked Peter, who was well prepared to go on a space adventure. "I'm just surprised that Mr. Stark was okay with us stepping foot in here let alone pilot it. Peter, are you sure you even know how to fly this thing?", Y/n asked. "I mean, just look at all the switches and buttons in here!" Peter laughed. "Why are you so worried? Are you scared, Y/n?", teased Peter. Y/n blushed and said, "I-I just don't wanna get lost in outer space Mr. Spider-Man!" Peter chuckled. "Trust me, I know EXACTLY what I'm doing. If I didn't, do you think I'd be able to do this.." Peter started hitting levers left and right and started pressing whatever button he could see. "Peter what are you doing?!?", Y/n asked, practically jumping out of her seat. "You don't even know what those buttons do! What if you-..!"

"Preparing for lift off." A voice came through the intercom in the ship. Y/n and Peter looked at each other, fear written over their faces, especially Y/n's. "PETER. PARKER. WHAT DID YOU JUST-..!?"

"Destination set to Asgard in 10..9..8.."

"No no no no!! Wait maybe I can fix it!" Peter started pressing more buttons with little knowledge of what he was doing. "Peter stop!! Please! You'll only make it worse!!", yelled Y/n. She couldn't believe she agreed to do this. How stupid was she?!
"Y/n, I think I found the button that'll shut the ship down!!" Without giving Y/n any time to say anything, Peter pressed the button, causing everything to shut down immediately. Y/n and Peter stared at each other with hope in their eyes. "Oh my gosh, Peter I think you-.."

"Hyper speed activated. Destination set to Asgard. Preparing for take off in 5..4..3.."

The ship turned back on, crushing Y/n and Peter's hopes in two. "Peter?", Y/n said. Her voice was laced with fear.

"2..1."

Within seconds, Y/n and Peter were in space, pressed against their seats, unable to move a muscle. "AHHHHH!!!", they both screamed. Neither of them were prepared for this situation at all. They were zooming past millions of planets and stars with no way of knowing how to get back to Earth.

Soon, that wretched hyper speed incident was over and Peter and Y/n were able to recollect themselves. They entered the planet's atmosphere and were able to see what Asgard was.
"Oh. My. Gosh," they said together. "Peter... just look at everything!!! And..and..all of those people are..are.." The Milano zoomed past the village houses, showing Y/n and Peter what species really lived on this planet. "..G-Giants..", said Peter. "Giants are real?!? H-How is that even possible? How can someone so big function at that size? I-I mean it's highly problematic. They should be moving at a slow pace, but they aren't. That's-..", Y/n stopped mid-sentence when she heard Peter laughing at her. "What's so funny?" "Oh nothing. I'm definitely not laughing at how you try to find a scientific way as to why everything works all the time. Y/n, you do know that we live with people that have powers right?" Y/n blushed. "Well yeah! But, have you ever seen giants before? This is amazing! As long as we don't come into contact with any of them, we'll be fine." "For once, I can agree with you", said Peter. They both didn't want to face a 60 foot giant. Who knows what would happen if they encountered one?

"Passengers, this ship must land immediately. There is currently no open space to land. Shall I teleport into the palace and land somewhere inside?"

Peter and Y/n's eyes widened. "Peter say no." Y/n looked over at Peter, who had a grin on his face. "Peter don't you dare." Peter paused before saying, "Milano, take us inside the palace!" "What is wrong with you?!?", screamed Y/n.
Before Y/n could tell the ship to land somewhere else, they were already speeding towards the palace walls. Y/n closed her eyes, scared that instead of teleporting inside as planned, they'd end up splat across the golden walls of the palace.

"Y/n, you can open your eyes now! We're inside!"
Y/n slowly opened her eyes to see that they were zipping through the halls of the palace. "What if we're seen Peter?! Please I'm begging you, can you land this thing safely and get us out of sight?" Peter looked at the control panel. He wanted to reassure Y/n that they'd be okay, but on the inside, he was terrified. "Uhh, y-yeah, I can totally get us to safety. No problem." Peter started pressing every button that he could touch once again without considering the consequences.
Y/n face palmed, shaking her head back and forth at the stupidity that was sitting right next to her. Alarms sounded off in the ship and without any warning, the Milano started spinning out of control.

"AHHHHHHH", screamed Peter and Y/n as they plummeted towards the ground.
They hit the ground with such a force that it actually caused Y/n to pass out. Peter was still fully awake, screaming the loudest he ever did in his life.
As he calmed down a bit, he looked out of the windows in front of him to see that they were in a library. "Whoah..", said Peter. His attention, though, was now on Y/n. "Y/n!!" Peter got up and put his hands on her shoulders, gently shaking her. "Y/n please wake up!"
Peter was so caught up in trying to help Y/n, that he didn't notice the tremors that were shaking the ground and what they both didn't know, was that the loud crash of the ship had caught the attention of a very mischievous Asgardian Prince.
