Regret.

That's the only feeling Loki was filled with. Things were not looking so good for him right now. The second after he and Tony had used the Bifrost, Loki began to watch as he didn't shrink down to Tony's size as they traveled back to Earth.
Tony was becoming rather panicky as he glanced back and forth at Loki, the Asgardian seeming to be in the same state of panic as he was currently dealing with. If Tony's plan didn't go the way it was suppose to, be was going to be in deep trouble.
"Uh reindeer games-...are you suppose to stay-...giant sized?", Tony asked, letting out a nervous whine as the portal he and Loki were in began to make his anxiety go up. It was starting to get a little cramped and Tony wasn't in the mood to be thrown out into space anytime soon.

Loki looked at his hands and then back to the human. He didn't recall Tony being able to almost fit perfectly in his hand. His eyes widened at what was going on. No, no, no! This couldn't be happening! Why right now when Lauren and Peter needed him most?!

Loki was reverting back to his true, giant form and he had no idea why! His Asgardian power was supposed to take full control over this whole size problem. This wasn't suppose to happen! Was he not able to control the innate power he and Thor possessed? No, no-...that's impossible. He was just fine controlling his size during the entirety of the attack on New York. So what was the problem now?
"I-I-...I'm not sure why I'm growing back to giant size", Loki said, not even able to come up with a witty and sarcastic remark to say back to Tony.

The portal that was shooting from Asgard to Earth began to shake around Tony and Loki. It was becoming hard for the well-known Asgardian form of space travel to maintain its shape and structure as Loki continued to get bigger and bigger.
But thankfully, just as Loki began to grow at a rapid speed, Tony and Loki landed on Earth, but not where they had really expected.
The portal had redirected their location and sent them to some field in New York, unable to handle Loki's size any longer. At least they hadn't been thrown into some other state or even another country.

Tony was laid flat out on his stomach, thrown from the force of the portal. He pushed himself up off the ground, coughing away as he did his best to look around to see where Loki went. Dirt marks scuffed his shirt, and unaware to Tony, there was even dirt on his face and his hair was a mess.
"Reindeer games! Where are you?! If that black haired giant escaped to go find the kids, I swear I'm gonna lose it", Tony said to himself, unfortunately getting dirt into his mouth and spitting it out profusely.
"This sucks! I bet I still look dapper. Pepper probably wouldn't think so-...", Tony mumbled to himself, not even noticing the growing shadow around him. He was enveloped into darkness, the light from the sun in the sky was blocked out and Tony couldn't help but freeze in his spot, all muscles were as if they became paralyzed.

"R-Reindeer games?", Tony called out, slowly turning around to be met with a large, leather, black boot. Tony screamed like a girl and lost his balance when he stumbled backwards, falling onto his butt. He followed the black boot up and up think finally, he made eye contact with two green orbs.
Tony had to crane his neck back just to be able to properly look at Loki.
"I'm dead. That's it. I'm dead", Tony said when he noticed Loki was smirking.

"What's the matter, Stark? Cat got your tongue? Perhaps the little mouse should run before the feral cat grabs it and threatens it for information about a very close friend", Loki said, gesturing to himself as being the "cat" in his metaphor while Y/n was the only person on his mind.
The fear written on Tony's face was filling him up with a satisfaction he hadn't felt since the attack on New York.

But this time, Loki had a reason to cause mayhem. He needed to get his little dove back—and Peter of course. It felt like it's been ages since he's seen her face and he couldn't stand the fact that she wasn't in his hands being tenderly held up against his chest.
