Grian bandaged up his injured left lilac wing. A few feathers poking out from the white bandage, a little bit of blood coming from where the feathers had fallen out and where the wing itself had bent in an unnatural position. The short hermit silently stood up as he looked for his spare elytra -something he had discarded the moment he had found it at the beginning of the season. Sighing frustratedly, he looked for a bed so he could pass the night. He checked every single chest and Shulker he walked by, hoping to find three items: Elytra, Rockets and, a bed.
The mansion's 'basement' was a gold mine of junk. Just because he had a storage sorting system didn't mean he was organized, quite to opposite. Chests, shulker boxes, furnaces, crafting tables all littered the large and elegant space. A map pinned to the entrance wall swayed with the nonexistent wind, it displayed were a handful of his server mates lived/ were working at the moment. Scar, StressMonster, Mumbo and Iskall lived the closest, each base was distinct yet somehow fitted together like a puzzle. A mesa crept apon the map, Rendog was turning the orange biome into a dark and mysterious place. On the outside of the spacious prismarine roofed Mansions basements entrance (that was a mouthful lol) was a symbol, it was there to tell others that Grian had managed to collect all the coloured belts, it was silly to have that there but that's why it made the base better. Grian studied the mansion a little more. He had finally found a bed, a dust coloured blanket covered the soft white pillow. The bed was tucked away behind his storage system. Tiredly, the blonde gremlin made his way straight to the bed, unequipping his enchanted diamond armour.
________________________________________Watching as the creepy skeletons, groaning zombies and, crying phantoms burnt to nothing but white smoke, Xisuma headed out from his base, honey dripping from where the block itself sat. He was on his way to the end. The design for his new obsidian farm in his head, constantly evolving as he travelled towards his nether portal. The purple swirling colour of the portal was off, it wasn't the same. Maybe a weird lighting glitch, it was oddly dark around the portal so that made sense. Placing down a burning torch at it was all back to normal. "Huh, could be a glitch with Optifine (that's what its called, right?)?" He questioned out loud, hastily walking through the pesky particles that belonged to the obsidian portal.
The nether was a red mess, it had recently been reset so navigating the hot underworld like dimension was rather difficult. Signs had been placed to help you find your way through, it was still hard to get used to the squishy netherack which decorated the long halls and tunnels the others had dugout. It was so much easier before, all the portals were above the unbreakable bedrock yet know they were trapped underneath the black, grey and white stone. After the awhile Xisumavoid had found the portal that leads to another, 'end' in small writing was written in black on a birch sign. He casually walked through not noticing that the colour was different again, it was now more of a pink than a purple
This was more of a 'hey don't want things to happen too fast' chapter than anything important. The glitches are also there for a reason but I won't say how until much later.
Also, I'm halfway down with the animation meme I'm doing. There will be spoilers for future chapters so heads up.
