The last day before the semester ends. I'm so ready for that one week break we will get.

I walked down the empty hallway. My heartbeat raced as I saw Yunhee open her locker.

She looks better. Yesterday was a crazy day.

 I walk up to her. She quickly feels my presence. She turns to look in my direction; when she sees me, a smile spreads across her face making my heart flutter and my cheeks heat up.

"Hi, Yunhee," I said smiling like a fool.

 "Hi."

I gulp nervously. "Are you busy t-today after classes?"

I don't know from where I got the confidence to ask her that but there's no going back now.

She shrugs. "Kind of... I have to go with Danielle for job applications."

I tilt my head. "Oh? To where?" I ask curiously.

"In the same asylum my dad works at."

My eyes widened. "Asylum?!" 

She giggles. "Yes, they are looking for people at the kitchen and by having dad working there, I have more possibilities to get hired."

I blink multiple times confused.

"YUN! YUN! YUN!" I hear a female voice scream from afar.

Heavy steps come towards us fast. Danielle appears from the corner running as her life depended on it.

"Yas?" Yun asks as she looks at her.

Danielle takes a deep breath. She opens her mouth to talk but then she sees me. She looks at Yun and me back and forth.

"Are you two dating?" She asked smirking.

My entire face flushed.

"N-no..." Yun stuttered.

Danielle raises her brow. "Good because if you didn't tell me!" She jokingly threatened.

Both of us looked down embarrassed.

"Anyway! I need you to talk to JB!" Danielle said.

Yun furrowed her brows. "Why...?"

"Because he will listen to you!" Danielle took Yun's shoulder and started to shake her.

"I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO HIM!" Yun said whining.

"Do it for me! I need you to tell him to talk with..." her voice died at the end.

The 'coded' way of talking they are using is making me confused as heck.

"JK!" Jimin calls at the end of the hallway. "The gym is open!" 

I turn around to face him. I find Jimin smirking while JB is behind him watching all of us.

He has a dark expression... his gaze is pinned on me.

What did I do?  I haven't talked to him in so long...

I walk towards Jimin leaving Yun and Danielle talking about their things. JB narrows his eyes at me before he walks away.

I get closer to Jimin to be able to whisper in his ear. "Did you see JB?"

He looks at me furrowing his brows. "Yeah...?" We start walking towards the gym. 

"He was looking very mad..."

Jimin chuckled. "He might have noticed already."

I stop walking and Jimin does the same. "What do you mean?" I ask confused.

"JB dated Yun last year."

I tilt my head and my brows furrow even more. "Yeah... last year. He had all this time to do something right?" 

Jimin shrugged. "Look, I don't know all the gossip here-"

"But I do." A female voice I know pretty well says behind us.

I turn to look with just my head. "Sunmi..." I murmur.

A smirk formes on her face. She comes closer to whisper in my ear. "I will tell you but I want something in exchange."

I take a deep breath.  "What you want?"

I get out of school with an absent mind. Even if I try to focus on where I'm walking, I can't...

Everything in my brain became foggy... I don't feel like I have a soul anymore. This high school is so messed up... I wish I never knew that secret in specific.

I can feel pain fill my chest. Her pain. I want to make things better for her... I wish I wasn't this shy. 

I sigh heavily as I continue to walk alone. All the noise the students make is muffled by all the cars going by. 

I stop when I get to the traffic light in the middle of my way. I push the bottom and wait to cross the street.

"Yun! I can't do that!" I get back to the real world when I hear her name. I turn to look aside confused.

In the car stopped right next to me are Danielle and Yun. Yun is driving while Danielle is... fighting with her?

Danielle turns to look at me as she feels my gaze. She curses under her breath. "He heard us!" She cries.

I blink multiple times confused. "What?" 

Out of nowhere, she jumps out of the car. "You are coming with us!"  She says opening the back door.

The cars behind start to honk as the traffic light changed. Danielle pushes me inside the car and jumps back in. I hit my head with the back seat as the car starts accelerating abruptly fast.

I put on the seatbelt before I die.

"WHAT'S GOING ON?!" I ask freaking out.

"I have no idea..." Yun mutters as she continues to drive LIKE A MANIAC.

Danielle turns to look at me. "Look, we have drugs in this car-"

"DANIELLE I SWEAR TO GOD!" Yun screams at the same time.

Yun honks before she aggressively changes lanes.

I let a shaky sigh out of my mouth. "Y-Yun... how did you get your driver's license?"

I see her smirk. "I didn't." My eyes widened. She starts to laugh. "I'm kidding! I didn't drive like this at the test."

I'm gonna die here... I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE WE ARE GOING!
