Danielle comes speed-walking towards us.

"I got six hundred different vitamins," she says pouting.

Yun rolled her eyes. "Of course. You need to take care of yourself now."

She smiles. "Let's take care of ourselves together!"

Yun frowned. "Huh?"

Danielle opened her mouth to speak but then looked at me. She didn't say anything.

What is going on with Yun? I know something is wrong.

"Anyway! Before we go back!" Danielle says as we walk out of the hospital. "Can we go to a Mexican store?"

Yun turns to look at her weirded out. "Yeah... but localize one in Google Maps because I don't know this side of town."

"Yay!"

Wait... Yun is going to drive in the middle of the big city...

"Can I drive?" I quickly say.

Yun turns to look at me. "Huh? Nuh-uh! You ain't touching Cherry!" She said pouting.

I frown. "Cherry...?"

"Mah car," Yun says with a funny accent.

"Isn't that a cliché name?" I ask teasing.

Yun smacks my shoulder. "Shut up! Cherry is special."

"I found one at only twenty minutes from here!" Danielle says excitedly.

"Good," Yun answers.

As we get closer to the car, Danielle runs behind me. "I'm sitting on the backseat!" She pushes me to the right side of Cherry. "You sit on the co-pilot's seat."

"I-" I turn to look at her. She winks at me before she goes inside the car.

I blush as I get inside.

Danielle knows what's up.

"Turn left to the main street and then turn right." The robotic voice started to indicate that even before the engine was on.

Why do I feel like this won't be a peaceful ride?

"I'll put rap!" Danielle says as she connects her phone to the radio.

Rap!? I thought they were more of pop...

I get a bit startled as the bass drops at the start of 'Ric Flair Drip.'
With the car's stereo, the walls of the car are trembling.

"Yas!" Yun says smiling. "That bass dropped harder than me falling down the stairs." She starts to dance as she gets out of the parking lot.

I take a deep breath to man up. Danielle is not scared one bit, why should I?

We get out of the parking lot and the hospital overall. Everything is going smoothly.

I feel calmer when the heat finally starts to do its job. Even if the winter is coming to an end, it is still cold as heck. The sun is nowhere to be seen as thick grey clouds are covering it. I see a group of teenagers of my age walking down the street with blankets over them.

"No!" I turned to look at the side when I heard that.

The Google Map made that distinctive sound it makes when something went wrong... she skipped the street we were supposed to take.

"Make a U-turn."

Oh boy.

I close my eyes scared of my life for a second before I open them again decided to watch how I will die.

Yunhee turns the steering wheel abruptly to the right changing lanes. I look behind. A woman in the co-pilot's seat of the car behind us rolls down the window to flip us off.

"Watch me caring," Yun said smirking.

"The day you crash, you will start caring," I say to her.

She shrugs. "I guess... but I had enough space to change lanes safely. Not my fault that driver didn't want anyone to cut." Danielle and she started to laugh.

True that. She had space but like...

After Yun makes the U-turn, everything goes alright.

She parks in front of the Mexican store. Danielle squeals before she jumps off the car. It only took about ten minutes for the darkness of the night to take over.

I stick next to Yunhee as we get in the store.

"Hola!" The cashier greets us as we get in.

"Hola!" Danielle greets excitedly with perfect Spanish.

I can't help but giggle as the cumbia fills my ears. I went from listening to rap to one of the most iconic cumbias.

This has been one of the craziest days of my life. Unless I am with my best friends, my days are calm... but I can't compare them to these two crackheads.

Danielle goes her own way as Yunhee and I wander around the halls.

Out of nowhere, she turns around making us bump into each other.

My arms snake around her waist out of instinct to stop her from falling.

Wait! What?!

My face flushed and I gulped down harshly as I noticed our proximity.

She looks at me astonished. "Koo..."

My breath hitches but I don't let go of her.

I get lost in her beautiful brown pearls that stare right into my soul. I lean down slowly. By the moment our noses touch, I stop. Our eyes remain ajar. I move my head up and down giving her an Eskimo kiss. A smile spreads across my face as I noticed the red tint covering her face.

"Yun! Coconut Head! Let's go now!" Danielle screams from afar.

I let go of Yun slowly as I want this moment to continue.

She looks down embarrassed as we walk out of the store.

Even after all this craziness. I'm glad I came along.
