PAPASOK na sa opisina nya si Elio nang tumunog ang doorbell nang pintuan nya. Napabuntong-hininga nalang sya dahil wala naman syang inaasahang bisita ngayon.

Elio opened the door and he was stunned for a seconds. Fuck it was Monica!

"Elio!." Kaagad na yumakap ang babae sa kanya. Bakit ba natameme sya at hindi iyon napaghandaan.

"What do you want Monica?."

"Hindi mo man lang ba ako papapasukin?."

"No. Saka paalis narin naman ako." Kaya naman lumabas sya nang kabahayan at nagdirediretso sa kanyang naka padarang sasakyan.

Napalatak sya nang sumakay din ang babae sa passenger seat. The fuck!

"Get out Monica. I don't have time for you."

"That was sweet you know.."

"What?." He frowned at her.

"Saying to the public that you're in love to that bitch."

"Call her bitch again and I will show you the bad side of me."

"Hindi pa ba? Shit Elio you've been hiding from me for what? For two weeks!."

"Maybe I don't want to see you that's why. "

"Come on Elio. One more fuck and I will leave you alone. Deal?."

"Hell no! Now get out!."

"I see. Tignan lang natin kung magtagal yang kalokohan mo." Finally Monica got out of his car.

Nang makarating na si Elio sa opisina nya ay kaagad na sinalubong sya ni Josephine. "Sir Ms. Maglinte is already inside."

"Great! Thanks."

Pagkapasok nya nang silid ay kaagad na ngumiti sya sa babaeng nakaupo sa kanyang visitor's chair.

"Good morning Donna."

"Good morning Mr. Sevilla." She smiled.

"Please call me Elio." Donna is a writer and she sent an email to Josephine last week and wanted to speak to him personally.

"How can I help you?." Although he already got an idea why she's here.

"I was intrigued of how you and Ms. Lobangco met. Therefore I would like to write a story about you two. Of course for confidentiality the names will be change."

Napatango-tango sya. "Personally I don't mind that. I'm sure it will be the same with Sandy."

"Great! I will just clear all my schedule this month then I will start writing your story. It might take three to five months. I will let you know once everything is settle. I hope that time I would also meet Ms. Lobangco in person."

"Mrs. Sevilla, Donna. I will assure you before your book will be publish she's already tied to me."

"Hmm...so much love in the air." She joke. Well, he meant what he says.

Donna stood up and shake his hand. "Thank you very much Elio. Lovely to meet you in person."

"Pleasure is mine Donna. Good day."

Elio is excited. This will be a surprise for Sandy. Speaking of surprise.. he almost forgot about the pair of shoes he bought for her. Hmm.. Elio was grinning to himself. He now have a better idea on how he will give that to her.

NAPABUNTONG-HININGA si Sandy nang makita nya ang baon nang ate Nori nya. Mukhang nakalimutan nito iyun. Kaya naman wala syang choice kundi ang ihatid ito sa munisipyo dahil tiyak na hindi na ito makakauwi para balikan ang baon.
