Benny popped up in between Ethan and Mrs. Morgan, smiling like a dope, "Hey, Della," He greeted, as I walked up behind him quickly, "Did the dog come back?" Benny questioned, making Della's face shift from a kind smile to an upset expression. She put her face in her hands, starting to cry, Benny's facial expression dropping.

"Benny!" I whisper yelled in disbelief at him.

"She's been worked up all week," Her dad told us, "Every dog she sees is Puffles."

"Come on," I said to Benny, him frowning while I grabbed him by his jacket sleeve and pulled him away from the dining room doors and back to the kitchen to try and keep him out of trouble.

We went back over to the counters to see Rory standing there talking to Sarah right before she walked off with another dish into the dining room.

Benny and I looked around in confusion as we heard the flute playing, but the flute wasn't in Rory's grasp.

"Rory, where's the-," I was about to say before Ethan stomped into the kitchen.

"Rory, what'd you do?" Ethan asked, resting his hands on the counter, "How come I can still hear the music?" He wondered, curiously, while Benny struggle to take the bullet sash off.

"I had an inspiration!" Rory told us, "Why shred my primo lips when I could just record the tune and play it back on a loop?" He questioned, Ethan looked at me and Benny with wide eyes, "No flute required!" Rory said, handing the flute to Benny.

"So where's the player?" Benny asked Rory, in a whisper, but loud enough for the four of us to hear.

"I landed on your roof to look for you guys," Rory started to explain, "and then there was this psycho squirrel, and I kinda dropped it down the chimney," He announced, darting his eyes around nervously, then looking back towards us.

"What?" I questioned, looking at him in disbelief, facepalming myself. I groaned in annoyance, trying to figure out what to do.

"The chimney?" Ethan asked, raising his voice a little.

"Hey, relax," Rory told us, attempting to calm us down, "I know a way to get it back. When Santa comes-," He was saying, his words getting cut off by Ethan.

"Rory, shut up!" Ethan told Rory, "You know the rules about plans involving Santa," He reminded him. Benny and I looked at Ethan for a split second, then turned back to Rory, the both of us giving him a disapproving look, "So, now that music's in the house, which means..." Ethan trailed off, getting interrupted by a scream coming from the dining room.

The four of us turned in the direction of the dining room and looked in between each other, Ethan quickly got a water gun, "Della! Are you okay?" I heard someone ask, as Ethan ran into the dining room while Benny and I got our water guns full of anti-potion ready.

I started to get worried because I heard plates clattering together in the dining room.

Benny and I stayed at the kitchen counter, watching from all directions so we would be ready for anything, and it's probably a good thing we were ready because as soon as we got our water guns out, raccoons of all sizes busted in through the windows and started crawling all over the counters trying to bite us.
