Denki Kaminari x Reader
"What I mean is that iida is iida, which makes him special." A loud cackle filled the room as denki looked at me in confusion, "what is with you and poorly thought out decisions?" I gave him an equally confused look, "so Denki Kaminari is telling me about poorly thought decisions? Boy, your life is a poorly thought out decision, but I love you anyway." Denki groaned dramatically before rolling into my lap, patting my hand before patting his hair. I played with his hair as implied, watching him doze as music played from the record player I bought from an antique store. "Remind me why you bought that...?" Denki mumbled in question as he gently tugged on my wrist. "I bought it because it was cheap and I wanted it, Denki, simple as that. Do you want me to change the record?" He shook his head as he looked up at me, "you wanna know something, (Y/N)? You're really pretty." Looking back down at Denki, I tilted my head and tilted his head as to check his eyes. "You don't look high... did Hanta sneak you something?" He laughed and batted my hand away before grabbing it again, kissing my fingers as he responded, "no, he didn't sneak me anything, (Y/N). I can get him to sneak you something though, you know how that guy thinks your his platonic soulmate." I could only chuckle and shake my head, "nah, don't ask him that. He'll get all concerned and question me about it. And your my romantic soulmate so don't worry your electrical wired brain over it." Denki smiled at that, leaning up and kissing me. I kissed him back and we broke away a few seconds after. He curled up as to where his face was buried in my shirt, and I hummed the song playing on the record quietly as I returned to playing with his hair. I soon shifted Denki into my arms, lifting him onto the bed and joining him, giggling as he rolled on top of me. He buried his face into my chest as he played with my sweater, mumbling incoherently as he was slowly falling asleep. Glancing out my window, I smiled as I watched the sun start to set. A beautiful array of colors swept the sky, picturesque in all the right ways. The setting sun also gave this orange red shine, giving Denki this glow that made him more electrifying than he already was. Tucking his face into my neck, Denki whined slightly then tugged on my shirt, "stop thinking so hard, (Y/N).. go to sleeeeeeeeeep!" I giggled at his whiny tone then leaned my head on his, "I'll go to bed in a bit, Denki, I promise, ok?" Once feeling a nod, I relaxed then took my phone off my nightstand, opening the camera app. Positioning it to face me and Denki, I snapped a picture to remember this peaceful moment of seeing Denki all prettied up by the sun. I sat my phone to the side, closing the curtain soon after as I tugged the blankets over us. We were warm, at peace with the world as I closed my eyes. Sleep took over me earlier than I expected, but maybe it was because my Denki was there to relax me even further.
