AN/ Hi, angels! I am sorry if it took so long for this update. I am still working with my manuscript, but I am into edits and adds na lang. May naghihintay pa ba ng update dito? Haha. I am not really happy if I don't update at least once a week, but the manuscript needs more attention so I took a break with my updates.
But I'll try my best to post more updates starting next week, since konti na lang naman ang gagawin ko. I really want to finish Dastan's story! Huhu. Anyway, thank you for still reading this series. Until now, I couldn't believe that we'd reach this far.

Chapter 9

— HARI —
First General

My way to the throne as the King of Parsua Sartorias was never easy. Since I was a kid, my father made me realize the big responsibility and hardship that I would take once that I sat on the throne. But despite the serious training, he never let me feel that my path to my throne would be a walk alone.

"You will never be alone, Dastan. You will never fight alone, my son."

Those were his words of assurance with his smile and a gentle pat on my head.

King Thaddeus Gazellian, the most hailed King of Parsua Sartorias, may be serious during training, lessons, vampire courts, gathering, or meeting. But he never failed to make me feel that he's still my father after all.

I thought those words were a promise -- a promise that he would make a great army for me. He would train hundreds of skilled vampire knights or allies from different creatures that I'd command once that I finally faced a war on my reign.

I glanced at my siblings, and silently thank my father, my king, and my mother for giving me the greatest army that I could have.

Nang sandaling hawakan ko ang espada ni ama, ang mga kamay nina Finn, Casper, Evan at Lily ang mas nagpainit ng kamay ko.

Isa-isa kong sinalubong ang kanilang mga mata. "Let's go."
