They will never find us.
Their eyes may see us, but
The judgement just pierces through.
It's better than feeling their disgust. We move in the shadows,
Chasing the bright, burning light.
We always want something.
Same dreams, but we watch through the windows. Our parents didn't love us.
That is what they say.
The children of the shadows.
Our identities something to discuss
We're confused. We're lost.It's a lie. We were found.
We find each other in the dark.
We want acceptance. Without the cost.No more lost family.
No more lost lives and tears.
No more hiding out of fear.
We just want to be ourselves.
Please.
