Bokuto x Reader : troublemakers

Y/n was walking into the school gates. She found a paper on the floor or more like a flyer.

"Prom! Join this event with us..." You read it thoroughly until you felt someone pat your back. "Whaddya want, jack of all trades?" You said in an annoyed tone. "Hmph! I'm going to tell akaashi that you won't be able to be there because your gonna throw another hissy fit!" Indeed, your cousin, Konoha, was teasing you just cuz you were in a mood. "You won't get to do that when your dead." You said whispering in his ear. "I'm telling Obasan!" He shouted running away. Just in time you caught up, your cute little loud owl ran in front of you.

"Y/n!!! Didya miss me!!!" He asked you, you two weren't really dating just flirting to the next level. "Yes bubbs. I kinda gotta kill Konoha tho, see you there bubbs!"  You said as you pat his head gently playing with his hair. "Y/n...Konoha! You stole y/n!" He shouted as you ran after the obnoxious boy. Bokuto got sad and his hair did too. He looked glum and pouty until he reached his classroom. He would do anything, absolutely anything for your bit of attention he was in love with you. He really remembers the time where you two and you two only watched bunny girl senpai together, he loved seeing you bundled up in his arms. Like what, how are you two not dating! Until a dumb yet, cute idea popped up. Bokuto ran out the classroom and ran to the field. On the way there, he met akaashi walking towards his classroom. "Bokuto san, where are you going?" He asked. "I'm going to say I love you to y/n obviously!" He ran and ran. Akaashi tried to stop him but no. None worked.

He reached the field, propped down his bags and got ready. He huffed and puffed his chest ready to blow.

"Y/n!!!!" He took another deep breath getting ready to shout. "Y/n!!!!  I love you!!! I love you!!! I love you soooo much!!I Love youuuu!" He shouted once more, more and more students approached the balcony. You looked in his eyes and shouted back, "I-I love you too!!"  You heard his famous, hey hey hey! And he quickly got his coat and ran up to you. Took like an extra 5 minutes but then again he went down then up.

He reached you panting, yet smiling ear to ear. "Dum-dum! Your gonna get us in trouble! Hahahahah! I cant believe you did that!" You scolded him at the same time laughing at him. "Hahaha! anything for the Casanova!" He said raising a fist. "C-Casanova!?" you asked him confused. "Sir Bokuto and Ms. L/n! Office now!" One of the main teachers there shouted at the two of you. "Atleast I can sit beside you" he said looking at your disappointed face turn into a beet red shade. "L-lets go." You said grabbing his hand, basically holding his hand. His face turned from a super happy to a greater super happy if that makes sense. The two of you ran to the office and sat down waiting for the principal to arrive.

The principal arrived and he turned on the fan since it was quite warm. As he sat down, the fan blew his toupèe just enough to see his bald spot. You saw it and you tried to hold in you laugh because it was about to blow off. Bokuto was confused as to why your so red. You were so red for not being able to let out your laugh. "So, Ms. L/n. Why did you-" the principal was cut off by your loud laughing. Bokuto looked at you like, huh.? Until he saw the principal's toupee fall right off. That triggered the both of you, Bokuto started laughing and you started laughing harder. "Excuse me!" He scolded the two of you. "S-sir!!! Your toupee!!! It fell off!!!" You said laughing and pointing at his bald spot. "AH! Whole day detention!!" He shouted at the two of you. That cut off the laughing, you two looked at each other sad but then again, staying with Bokuto for a day in a quiet room... calls for trouble.

The two of you head to the room and sat down next to each other. Time slips with the two of you chatting, just lounging around. "Are you bored?" You asked Bokuto. "..,yesss?" He was confused on what could pop up in your head. "Well I was thinking... being in detention really does call for trouble doesn't it? Its for "research" You asked saying sarcastically. "I don't know what you're planning to do but it's probably something not good" Bokuto said shyly. "Bubbs! Lets live, you know, a little." You said looking at his eyes. "Okay! I like fun!" He said excitedly. "Well, we kinda gotta run.. okay Bokuto, you ready?" You asked him standing up. "Yeah..?" As soon as he agreed you dragged him at the speed of light running outside of the school gates and just running away. "Y/nnnnn!" He shouted. "Be quiet!" You told him. You were far enough to reach the cabs and trains.

"Say bubbs, do you wanna visit a friend?" You asked him mischievously. "Who?! Kuroo?!" He asked. "Yes, hey taxi! Here!" You waved your hand at the yellow taxi. You two sat inside the taxi awaiting your arrival. 30 minutes pass. Keep in mind, they basically spent the whole day in the room, they left 30 mins early from the dismissal.

There it was, the gate of Nekoma. The two of you looked at each other with bits of regret because the two of you know you will get a pretty bad beating. But, you never know when life ends, do something that reeks with a little regret, little regret is life, so why not? You took a few steps in just to be able to see the volleyball court in the naked eye. You two sneaked in the corners and trunks of the trees. A teacher was about to pass you two so you needed to merge or get close to a wall in order to not be seen. Just like that, you've been wall slammed. Bokuto smiled while you were so red. You eventually entered the gym to be able to kuroo, Kenma, Yamamoto, and lev. "Kuroo!" You shouted or whispered I'm not sure, mix of the two. Kuroo looked at the two of you wide eyed.

"Bokuto! Y/n!!!" He said greeting you as the rest of the team does too. "How did you get here?" He asked you. "Well... we left detention early and traveled here..." you said ashamed but then again, it's alright. "Both of you! Naughty! You two deserve to still be in detention!" Yaku said playfully poking at the two of you. "How do you even end up being in a whole day detention?" Lev asked you two. "What is this an interrogation...? Anywho, Bokuto, shouted outside of the school, he said he loved me and obviously I said it back. We were called into the office then the principal's toupee flew off and we both laughed so hard." You told them letting out a sweat. "You know, I wanna live like the two of you." Yamamoto said in a jealous tone. "Right?? Anyway, this was part of the plan anyway." Bokuto said looking at you. "What plan?" You asked.

There it was, Kuroo and the rest of the team holding up a sign for Bokuto saying, "who! Who! Oh will you be me prom date?" It had a little owl at the bottom. You smiled so big, and you agreed. "H-how did you do this? Bubbs?" You asked the boy. "Well, you see, in the taxi I texted these guys to get ready!" He told you. "Awhhh! Bokuto!" You said hugging him and showering him with your love. "Oi, Bokuto, the money?"
