Y/n was going home by herself, she past the gate of school. It was already quite late so not much people were there. She suddenly saw a guy in a man bun sitting on the slope of the hill. Y/n took a look and stumbled on a small pebble and started to roll down towards the guy. "Watch out! Help me! I'm falling AHHHHHHH," Y/N shouts as she rolls down the slope. "UH-HELP US" The guy that was included in the human tumbleweed shouted. Then all slowed down, the guy you got stuck with looked at you with the sweetest glance ever. He hugged you tightly trying to save you. "Uhm. Guys you rolled down such a small slope, anywho yall good?" One of the popular kids said chewing her bubblegum. "U-oh Yeah." Y/n says. "Ugh! Y/n why are you with that pedo! He's like 30! Get away from him!" The popular kid says. "What! I can't hearrrr youuuu! Go ahead!" Y/n shouts even though she can clearly hear.
"Hey, thank you for cushioning the fall even tho it was small." Y/n says. "Yeah, one question, how much does it take to not hangout with people like her?" He asked in a heartbroken tone. "Who said we hung out? Don't be bothered by her, she's just a girl who thinks being mean is cool. She doesn't know you helped me." Y/n said maintaining eye contact. "Well yeah, what's your name? I'm Asahi Azumane" he said. "Oh I'm l/n f/n call me y/n." She said. "Alright Y/n, you probably don't want to be seen with me so I'll get going." Asahi stands up to leave. "Wait, do you go to this school?" Y/n asks. "Exactly what I mean." He says with a saddened tone walking away."hmph, how did you get here?" Y/n asks and she flops herself down on the grass again.
The next day. Y/n puts on her uniform and cleans herself. "Hm. I can't stop thinking about that.. maybe I should thank him." Y/n thought. Y/n took a piece of letter paper with cute little designs and wrote:
Hello Asahi-san,
You probably don't remember me, or maybe you do, but I'm the girl you saved. I just wanted to thank you even though it was a small slope haha. But hope we can have a connection even after this. Again, I am L/n F/n but please call me y/n! Bye bye!
"I guess this is enough... wait add a heart!!" Y/n says. Y/n went downstairs and grab a bar of chocolate she saved for herself but was gonna give it to him. "Bye mom! I'll be going! I took money for lunch already, bye bye!" Y/n said putting on her shoes. She took off to start school.
Y/n arrived at school and asked people which locker he owned and slid it in. Asahi arrived in school and followed his routine, opened the locker and letter and chocolate bar was stuffed in there. "Oh." He said in shock. "What? He received a letter from one of the drug dealers he's with!" Two boys say teasingly. Asahi aggressively opens the card and ripping it in half. "See! A girl!" He says in a defensive tone. "Ah! Y/n likes a guy like him! Our next victim!" The two boys say blabbering. Asahi started fast walking to the volleyballs club room, wherein he re-opened it there. "Oh no.. Asahi you ripped her paper! Why would you do that! It so cute but you ripped it! Asahi!" He says in disappointment. He quickly searches for tape and found some. He stuck the two ripped halves together and smiled. He then started reading. " a connection.. wait did those two guys say she was their next victim?" He thought and started looking for y/n. He then saw at the corner of his eye a woman who was about to hit the two guys from earlier crying and shouting. "How could you say that about someone! YOUVE GOT IT ALL WRONG! HES THE SWEETEST! HE SAVED ME FROM A FALL! BULLIES LIKE YOU DIE IN HELL! YOUVE ALSO GOT NO RIGHT TO COMMENT ABOUT MY BODY!" Y/n shouts lifting her arm and putting it full swing almost about to hit. "Hey! What are you doing there! Better leave or else!" Asahi finally mustered up the courage to fight back. He had a different aura from before, it turned into a dark rage. The two guys run away and y/n just fell onto her knees crying. "Bullies... they never change do they, they pick on people for fun, they don't know that I can hit tho. But still.. bullies.." y/n says as her voice breaks. Asahi says nothing and approaches her and hugs her like the last time he was saving her. He lifted her up and started carrying her away to.. they never knew where. "A-Asahi-san you're saving me again haha." Y/n says wiping her tears, still no response.
Asahi brought her to the volleyball court. The team welcomes him but also no response. They were all trembling quite a bit because he only gets like that when he's really angry and about to rip someone's skull off. He finally put y/n down but dragged her to the club room. Once he took her there, he closed the door. He passionately kissed her on the lips, and he smiled. "Y/n, from now on, I will be the only one the be able to save you, me only. I may be a softie sometimes but I will do what it takes to save you." Asahi says looking at y/n directly in the eyes. "Okay, now I will be the protector of the saviour!" Y/n says smiling. Asahi swoops her in for that genuine hug once more. "I've fallen for you y/n, like the slope you fell off of. I've fallen for such a beautiful, strong girl and willing to fight for me also." He said.
