N/n is nickname like what Yamaguchi calls tsukishima, tsukki something like that.
Y/n was a brave and courageous kid. She's the kid to have random sword fights with other kids and win. One time she was walking to the playground and saw a kid with dark green tinted hair and freckles. "Hey guys! H-huh? What are you doing to that kid!" She says pointing to the boy with freckles. The boy with green hair ran up to Y/n and hid behind her, hands around her. "U-uh, comeback! It's none of your business!" The kids poking at the boy with green hair said. "It is all of my business! Shoo or ill sword fight you! Or tell your mom!" Y/n says pointing the tip of her cardboard sword at the kids. "No no no! Okay okay we'll leave, geez." They say standing up and running away.
"Are you okay Yamaguchi?" Y/n asks Yamaguchi. "Ohoh nothing haha, I just had a flashback of my childhood." He says. You two were laying on Y/n's bed, feet by their heads, just listening to music. "Highschool sucks doesn't it!" Y/n says flinging her hands in the air. "S-sure does, but my childhood's worse, atleast I have you now, right?" He asks you. Y/n sits up, pulls Yamaguchi's arms up, also sitting him up and hugging him. "You've always had me Yamaguchi, I'm always trailing behind you, supporting you in your situations. Even if you like soggy French fries." Y/n says. "Y-y/n, thank you for being there, to be honest i sometimes never include you in my stories so my mind tells me that you weren't there. But you always were. Sorry N/n." Yamaguchi says grabbing even tighter. "Its alright, how bout we settle on making rice balls at 1:00 am?" Y/n asks pulling out of the hug. "Sure!" Yamaguchi says. You two go down and make some rice balls.
If you don't get the feet by their heads, I mean like the scene in wimpy kids where he sleeps alternating, I rlly don't know how to explain it basically you both aren't face to face in a small bed.
A few days had past and it was time for another sleepover, because why not.
"Say Yamaguchi, if I never saved you then what would happen.?" Y/n says in the same setting as last time, feet by their heads. Yamaguchi doesn't respond. "Yamaguchi, here we go again." Y/n says but he doesn't say anything, she sits up and check on him. His pillow was wet with tears but he was asleep. "Yamaguchi, wake up." Y/n says shaking him. "Mhm, whaatt.." he asks. "Why are you crying! Tell me!" Y/n says pointing to the puddle of tears and looking at his puffy red eyes. Yamaguchi feels tears entering his corner of his eyes, slowly pouring down while time stops. All Yamaguchi could see was Y/n's upset face switch to her worried face slowly but surely. "Yamaguchi! What happened! Who bullied you! I will kill them!" Y/n says but once she finished Yamaguchi pounced on her causing her to lay back down on the bed. Yamaguchi was hugging her while laying down for quite a while. Y/n could feel tears falling on her shoulder.
"yamaguchi, please please tell me what happened i can't see you like this." Y/n says. "it's just I keep failing the team, I haven't performed a perfect jumpfloat! I've missed and I'm not improving-" Yamaguchi hasn't finished talking but y/n pulls him beside him and cuddling him. "Y-yamaguchi, youve worked so so so hard, I admire you for that, I really really do. Please believe me this time, you will succeed and I will be there cheering you on." Y/n says, he's cried so much taht it even worked up Y/n's tears to fall. "Y/n.. please don't give up on me.." he says looking at y/n with caring eyes. "I would never." Y/n responds. "Can we just" Yamaguchi asks. "Yes, we can cuddle." Y/n says. Yamaguchi kisses Y/n on the lips and pulls away. "I love you Y/n." He says. "I love you too." Y/n says. "You stole my first kiss Yamaguchi." Y/n says giggling under the sheets. "Hahah, I guess, I gave myself my first kiss.." Yamaguchi says. "Hey you know, I've always liked soggy fries." Y/n says combing Yamaguchi's hair with her fingers. "Never thought I'd fall in love with a swordsman." He says.
